Three acers arrived in great condition, with a helpful driver to unload and bring into the garden. And price (particularly for the largest) made them great value. I could not be more pleased

My Beautiful Pom Pom in hour of my Bichon
My Pom Pom tree was delivered very carefully and had a sentimental meaning for me and it looked beautiful blowing in the wind when the delivery man pushed it into my back garden! It had a pink ribbon attached to it too making it even more special thank you. It looks fabulous in my sleepers.

Great if you're not in a rush
Ordered a Chusan palm in their sale. I'm totally happy with the plant and delivery, already looking happy in its spot. I'm not quite sure why delivery takes so long but fortunately I wasn't in a hurry - so if I wasn't in a hurry again, I'd be happy to order from Paramount again.

Easy ordering but payment well in advance of delivery disappointing
Ordering was easy but disappointing that the large sum of paying for the plant and delivery was taken immediately but delivery eighteen days later. Paying once the plant was ready for despatch would have been more customer friendly.
The plant itself was well packed and as described.

Just to answer your concerns payment is taken in the normal course of business when an order is placed online through www.paramountplants.co.uk to secure the plant.
We offer a range of payment options at checkout including credit/debit card, PayPal and Klarna, with eligible customers also able to spread or defer payments subject to the payment provider’s terms.
As a specialist online nursery, many of our plants are sourced from our growing sites and are usually dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering. In this instance, you requested in the notes on your order that delivery be made before mid-September, and your plant was delivered on 18th September, within our published approx delivery timescale and sent to you as soon as it became available.

Good healthy plants
I was pleased with the condition of the plants considering the long summer of drought, They were healthy, well packed on a pallet and properly labelled. My only criticism is that one was extremely potbound and clearly happy to get into some soil - however parched!
