I have not been able to access my transcript despite trying with three email addresses, two devices, and 10(!) email exchanges with customer service. It appears to be the only way I can get my transcript, and though I’ve asked for a supervisor 5(!) times, the customer service agent just keeps asking me the same questions over and over again. I honestly feel like I’m being punked. A business that did not have a monopoly power over the service it’s providing would never provide such insanely bad customer service. I just had to write in to note it’s the worst customer service of my life. Hands down. If you are a school considering where to put your business: this is not it. If you are a customer, well too bad for you because they have your transcript and they might not be able to figure out how to give it to you.

They basically made me pay twice for transcripts. Kind of a rip off!

The website is slow and just times out. I can't even order. I have tried multiple computers with different browsers. Useless.

Slow customer service. Tried to change an order, but customer service couldn't since transcripts were "already sent". This is because they waited days to respond to the change request. Website should have a way to change this without a request to Customer Service if there's going to be that much of a delay. Just a way for the company to make money. Terrible experience.

Terrible company, I received a diploma that was the size of a bed sheet. They refuse to change the size of it. I also wanted something changed on the diploma but they will not do that either and said I have to go through the school for everything the school won't do anything either. Parchment also has a document that is not mine attached to my account and they refuse to remove it.

Paid for my transcripts and they were sent to the wrong email address. When I contacted support, they told me they have verified that it was sent out to an email address. That is their only responsibility and they will do nothing. They told me to place a new order if I want them sent again.

I ordered a copy of my college transcript from this website, expecting to receive a physical copy by mail. However, they only provided a digital version via email, which disappeared after 30 days. There was no clear warning about this limitation, and when I reached out for assistance, I received little to no support. If you’re looking for a permanent or mailed copy of your transcript, I recommend exploring other options.

They don’t tell you when you buy your transcript, but you are expected to check your email every day for them to get around to sending your transcript. If you don’t notice they send it to you within 2-3 days, your download link expires and you have to pay again! What a scam business.

Needed to send my transcript to an international institution. No expected dates. No expected fees when choosing shipping options. Who the heck designed this website should get fired. If it's a team, the whole team should get fired.

Terrible service. Your better off ordering transcripts from your school and mailing them yourself. They screwed up sending transcripts to 2 out of 3 schools I applied too, and offered no refund or assistance whatsoever.

I wish I could give this site half a star. I am going back to college and it is absolutely a joke to request transcripts from them. It doesn't give me an option to request my transcripts unless I put in a college I'll be attending. I am not attending any college right now. I'm still deciding on where to go and really need my transcripts. Why do you make it impossible to obtain my own high school transcripts?

I set the process in motion to obtain a replacement diploma in late November 2024 and paid in December 2024. Upon multiple inquires to my university I was informed Parchment was in charge of fulfilling my order. Then I had a number of fruitless communications with their AI. They do not offer expedited service and their AI cannot understand a deadline delivery date and continued to insist on 20 business days for delivery (a whole month). In addition, Parchment is deceitful on their delivery, first sending me notice of mailing February 16, and the following day a new notice of mailing February 21, but later on their "tracking" screen they show February 25. It is impossible to believe any information they provide and as for "tracking", there is no tracking feature on first class US mail; that would require an additional service (for which I was very willing to pay) of either priority mail, express mail, certified or registered mail. That is no "tracking" service at all, merely a drop off date or dates, as they gave me 3 different dates. This is a deceitful, anti-customer service. We all need to contact our colleges and universities and demand they find a reputable provider other than this failure, for such an important service.

The C.E.O. is a MAGAt, a cyber-bully, and a grade-school dropout who can't spell. I see all the "soy boys and airheads" they call out on their homepage have entirely tanked them, along with a lot of apparently crappy business practices 😂

Ordered $30 worth of transcripts in November that were never received by the institution I requested they be mailed to (last checked in February). Apparently after 30 days, Parchment will no longer reprint the documents. However, most places will tell you to give the mail up to 30 days.... Doesn't leave much (or any, likely on purpose) wiggle room. Now, the only solution I was offered by their customer service is to simply spend another $30 and order them again. BS company and no customer service or problem solving at all.

I ordered my high school transcript through Parchment. The cost was 12 dollars. What they provided was a scan sent by the high school, and it was completely illegible.
I contacted Parchment, and their response was merely "this is what we received".
If they don't proofread what they are supplying, how do they know whether or not they are providing a service that is useful based on what they are charging?
Total waste of time and money.

We had to use Parchment to send transcripts because our high school requires it. We paid and submitted for a large scholarship but it was never received. They don't offer tracking or confirmation. When I reached out to them about sending again or a refund...they said no and "I'm sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that this order has caused you. Unfortunately, we can no long resend it."Morien. They don't even use good grammar for an educational organization. They could cost you thousands of dollars because their system does not guarantee delivery. I would not use at all and their integrity as a company is horrible. The poor students that are impacted by them... I can't imagine the horror stories.
