They won't cancel the subscription and continue to charge you triple the amount and won't respond to emails

I somehow unknowingly appear to have subscribed despite having no interest or need to do so. Money was debited from my account without any prior warning and you can guess the rest. They have ignored my request for a refund but advised that I have been Unsubscribed . It appears to be an issue that you can Subscribe without any indication of doing so and they don’t pre-warn that they are debiting money. It’s worrying that they can even do this. Not happy with this company but not a lot I can do about it other than let everyone else know about who you are dealing with.

This company is a scam. You can’t unsubscribe.

Deceptive business practices. After my wife signed up for a trial not realizing the expertise increase in price, we wanted to cancel. While they are scummy enough for using dark patterns to confuse trusting customers (parents seeking help), we took that first month on the chin. Fool us once, etc. however, after my wife cancelled, they have continue charging us (MORE than before) and we have had to dispute every monthly charge as they continue to ignore our emails.

Scummy companies are bad enough. Scummy companies pretending to help parents in need are worse than scum.

Do not trust this company.

UDPATE: They've replied to me on Trustpilot, yet have not replied once to my wife's email attempting to get them to stop charging us for something we cancelled months ago. They only responded on Trustpilot because it has an obvious social impact. My wife's email to the very email the responded to me with gets NO replies and NOTHING from them. It's only about optics to them, they're must be fine with screwing over their existing/opast customers.

UPDATE #2 - I have FINALLY gotten a response that they are issuing a refund and I just saw it processed in my bank account. Very thankful for that however it should not take 5 emails and two negative reviews to get a response. Definitely not a trustworthy company :/

UPDATE** immediately got a generic reply from the company (as you may see below), asking me to email them at the same email I’ve been trying. I sent them a screenshot and asked if they wanted to resolve it and what do you know… still no reply!

9/10/2026 - I paid for a 28 day plan and there was NOTHING about a subscription when I paid for that. A month later I was charged $63 and they had signed me up for a subscription. I immediately cancelled and asked for a refund and they ignored my request for a refund and just confirmed my cancellation. However I’ve emailed 4 times now with absolutely no response. I see many other people have had this same issue. This company is a SCAM. And don’t tell me to email you at hello@ parentingleader.com because that is the email I’m not getting responses from.

This is the meaningless email I received after requesting thatthe additional funds be reimbursed for the 28 day product, not subscription, that I bought.

In spite of my one star review having received an almost immediate response on a Sunday , my emails to the exact indicated email in the previous trust pilot response remains unanswered (not to mention the additional form submitted via the website on Sunday ) I have now been charged AGAIN For this month - a subscription I have been trying to cancel for three months in a row now.

Rather than a generic response telling me to email you when I already have - please look for
My latest email from Sunday 6 September and respond to it with a remediative action. I have given all the details you need to trace the payments and put a stop to it. My reviews on here will continue until this is resolved .

I signed up for a free trial of their potty training app. Just so you know, when you take the quiz and sign up for the free trial, you are automatically enrolled in a $68 a month subscription. They billed me a total of $255 and refused to give a refund, citing their 30 day policy. These are facts. They ask you to reach out to them for help, which I already have. They did nothing to resolve my case and reported my previous review, even though I stated nothing but facts. I would never use this company again.

Honestly this is the most real low pressure way to learn the psychology between when your child is ready to go potty!

These tips are so helpful to take the emotion out of and to avoid confrontation and build a trusting relationship. Only downside is you can't easily back up to previous slide and its doesn't tell you which answers you get wrong in the quiz.

Don't fall for it - they've charged my credit card unexpectedly without my authorization for over $100 randomly on top of the initial fee I already payed for the app - I've reached out many times with no one responding to my concerns.

I only purchased a program- a product- now I find I am being charged for a SUBSCRIPTION I never asked for or agreed to. Very, very disappointed in this company and now I need to dispute these charges to get my money back

Charged for a membership I didn't agree to. I've had to dispute 2 credit card charges now. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased a 28-day Potty training program for 17 Euro. There was NO information about a subscription, it was only advertised as a one time payment for that exact program. Suddenly a few weeks later I get charged 52,56 Euro for a membership I NEVER agreed to. I have sent emails and feeback on the website, no one ever replies. Also, this is NOT an App, it is a website that is not so handy if you want to acces the videos and audios on your phone. I would not recommend it.

It taught me that it is important to acknowledge the effort. I did not realize that. It helped us in practice. That is a big thing.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The information and setup of the website was not useful. They don’t allow you to cancel via the website. They have a button for it but it just redirects you to the home page. Then because you can’t cancel on the website you’ll get an unauthorized charge. Mine was $63. Very unprofessional and predatory behavior. Stay away

Edit 9/1- I had emailed them before leaving this review and still have not heard back so them asking me to reach out is a generic canned response

Edit 9/28- I still have not heard back from them and they charged my card again. If no response within 48 hours, I will be disputing with my bank
