It's such a great app. It's really helping rewiring my potty training method

The more this matter progressed, the less confidence I had in Parenting Leader's business practices.

I received an almost immediate response after posting my Trustpilot review, yet the issues I raised privately remained unanswered. The Trustpilot reference number gave the impression that my complaint would be investigated, but my experience was that the focus was on managing the public review rather than addressing the substance of my concerns.

I was offered a 50% partial refund in writing. The refund I actually received was USD $60.72, which was not 50% of the three renewal charges I paid. When I asked how this amount had been calculated, no explanation was provided. Instead, the company later changed its wording and described it simply as a "one-time courtesy."

I also requested receipts and payment confirmations. I was told these had been referred to the billing team, but they were never provided.

When I reviewed the checkout process, I discovered that the published cancellation contact shown to customers was not functional and returned a "550 5.1.1 User does not exist" error. I supplied evidence of this, but it was never meaningfully addressed.

What concerns me most is not any single issue, but the pattern: a promised refund that was calculated differently without explanation, promised receipts that never arrived, and customer contact details that did not work when I attempted to use them. That combination left me questioning the transparency of the subscription process and how customer complaints are handled.

If other consumers have experienced similar issues, I encourage them to document everything, retain screenshots and correspondence, and report their experience to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. Individual reports may not resolve a dispute, but they can help regulators identify whether there is a broader pattern of business practices that warrants further review.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

The first 10 mi uses of reading and questionnaires really opened up my mind to how to help my son. I am so excited to see where it goes from here.

They charged my account $70 when I signed up for $30, and even when I did all the things they said to do to cancel. Also their content is generic crap. Run the other way.

I feel like this will really help my child and I.

Love this program, teaching me how to be a better parent not just how to potty train my child more efficiently.

Warning to fellow parents!

I signed up for a subscription with Parenting Leader for $19.99 USD and was charged three times the subscription fee. After that, I was charged $59.99 USD again for a service that I only used for a few days and then requested that it be cancelled. Apparently it was never cancelled because I was charged another $59.99 USD today (this was the 3rd time)
This is unacceptable! Instead of supporting parents, this experience has left me frustrated and mistrustful. If you’re considering their services, be cautious — their billing practices are unreliable and unfair.Parents deserve transparency, not surprise charges. Parenting Leader needs to fix this immediately.

Great resource. Lots of helpful tips and strategies to use.

Overall very good, happy with the insights and lessons and will definitely use what I’ve learnt to build stronger, healthier bonds with my children.

simply explanations that remind me that potty training is more so about the child's learning this new task verses the child falling into 'my' schedule and rituals.

I like it, but it takes time to read (which is great and very informative and encouraging) while I was looking for steps, clear and effective, It's only the first day, so will see how it goes!

Very helpful information so far

Had a great experience using parenting leader for potty training. I wish I had it earlier because many of the hiccups we had along the way were quickly resolved after completing the parenting leader lessons and applying the tips. What I liked the most was how prompt costumer service was. Thank you !

This is a scam!!! I made a payment for a 3 month plan for $15 but they then immediately removed an additional $92 from my account at the same time. They have no contact option available and this is widely reported else where as a scam.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

EDIT: After this review I submitted the first time (9th July) they told me they would provide a refund. They confirmed that the payment had been made. I contacted again to say that no payment had been made. They apologised so much and promised that the refund had been processed again and I would receive it in a matter of days. No reply from them since! As you will see from many other reviews online, this is the case for most other people. They tried to blame me that I asked for an add-on, but I tried the whole process again just to check, and there was no option to add on additional items, especially those over $90. Their email addresses also keep changing and come back as "no delivered".

Never was able to use the app. Been charged every month $63.74 since January 2026, have tried to cancel and was charged again!

The lessons were great but the website kept getting errors and was not able to watch lessons easily so I cancelled. Tech issues.

Great so far, i like that I can both read and listen to the daily lessons.
