Helpful Course, but Not for Families Already in the Process
So far, the course has been good. However, it seems to be geared more toward parents who are just about to begin potty training.
The reason we enrolled is that we are already in the middle of the process and have been running into some challenges. We were hoping for guidance on whether we’re handling those situations the right way, how to respond when difficulties come up, and what adjustments we could make if needed.
At this point, it hasn’t quite addressed what we were hoping to get from the course.

Scam subscription
Signed up today after reading an advert on Facebook about a potty training guide. I paid for a 28 day plan however the information is lacking and constantly asks to pay more money. I have emailed the email address on their website to cancel any future subscription and payments but am waiting a response. Seems like scam, so not use.

Signed up for ONLY the 28 Day and then got scammed with hidden charges. Plus the app is purely AI, and so is the response when trying to contact them. DONT FALL FOR IT. Do not believe their 5 star reviews they are also AI. They will not find any resolutions, they just have their AI set up to say they will! Once they take your money it’s gone for good, some scummy person is getting rich by taking advantage of vulnerable and desperate parents - without even lifting a finger! Thanks AI - not.

They continue taking money after cancelation
I bought the 12 week course on January 30th on April 3rd they pended a payment on my Paypal account only 9 weeks. I emailed and let them know I was canceling.They assured me I wouldn't be charged yet on April 18th I was. Since then 3 times I have been promised a full refund and have yet to get it.I am now working on it thru PAYPAL

Scam Company!! Beware!!!
This company scams people out of hundreds of dollars. The charged me nearly $200 for a renewal and provided no proper notice of upcoming renewal. They don’t have a cancellation button you have to email them. They do not issue refunds or pro-rated refunds. The content is written by AI and completely useless. They prey on vulnerable parents dealing with real issues. They hide behind PayPal instead of having an app. They will take your money. Do not sign up. Do not go to their website.
