Made an order and cancelled it a minute after placing it since I put the wrong info. Tried to contact the customer service a couple of times using the form only to get a general AI reply. Tried to reply, but never got an answer. Now I don't even know the status of my order
Really disappointed! Though all this time it was one of the trusted websites, I was wrong. Bad customer service!

I'm very disappointed with my recent order.
When the parcel arrived, the box was completely wet and damaged. One of the items (a face toner) had leaked entirely and arrived empty, and the rest of the products were literally floating in the liquid. The packaging clearly did not protect liquid items properly.
As a customer, I expect much better packing standards, especially for cosmetics and liquids. This whole order is now unusable.
Updated review after partial refund:
I want to update my original review now that part of my issue has been resolved. Parfumdreams.ie did refund the cost of the item that was delivered damaged, which I appreciate.

Bought my favourite perfume in the 100ml size for the same price I paid in duty free for the 50ml size. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Delivery can be slow enough but it’s Christmas time so that’s to be expected and it was worth the wait !
