For the price its good value, helpful people. The lad that picked us up was very polite. All in all it was hood.

The price the parking group offers is un-matched anywhere in the Manchester area. Service is good, lads that run it have a personal touch to them. Its parking, nearby and works perfectly fine. Just remember to pay the additional few pound to cover drop off and collection. Otherwise, works perfectly well.

We had a little issue when they were picking us up. Had to wait about 35mins and also we were asked to pay £4.50 for parking when they clearly stated to pay only £2 for both drop off and pick up. After arguing the driver paid off £2.50 for the parking. But apart from that it wasn’t that bad. They were friendly.

Good communication right from the start.. when we were due for collection the driver rang us to let us know how long he would be. We didn't have a long wait. Friendly staff and they helped us jump start our car when it wouldn't start when we collected it. Overall good service

Staff very courteous. Airport drop off and pickup was very convenient. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for the Pickup.
Good Service all together

My experience was good with the company. Received all information in email confirmation, there was also good communication with a driver. Everything was running very smoothly and on time. The only think I can advise to improve the speed of picking up the people from the airport, is to make a note for others that you are always taking people from arrivals ect. so everyone can get there, rather to call you 😉 I will use it again.

Upon booking I got sent an itinerary on how to get to the car park and phone numbers. we used the Google link that took us straight to the car park entrance (use this link not the post code) yes the car park has a few pot holes upon entrance but so does many roads I have driven on, just take it slow. we called the number on the email, driver came out straight away. checked the vehicle and then helped us in the mini bus. we went to the airport straight away, no problems. driver was polite and gave us instructions of what to do when we got back. you do need to pay £3 for the drop off. Return- Our flight was delayed so I sent an email (email address on original email) letting them know. we went back to drop off point and called. driver answered straight away. we did wait approx 30 mins but we had been delayed so I did not find this an issue (they have other scheduled pick ups). they rang me as soon as they arrived and we got lifted back to the car park. the price on the way back for the car park was £4.75 but as there was 2 couples we divided the fee between us so cheaper than quoted. The driver on return was polite and looked after us. upon arrival back to the car park, our cars were waiting, I actually thought our car looked cleaner. overall review- the price we paid was well worth the money and the service I could not fault.

Great customer service

Mixed reviews about this car park. The arrival/drop off went smoothly, however when we went to pick up the car, it was covered in mud and leaves (was not dropped off like this). We also had to pay £4.50 for parking when they picked us up - was not expecting to pay this!

to start with i couldn't find the car park .the post cod lead me to dead end and private house. and after 20 minutes i found it .and when i got there i was chocked very dark road ,full of mud and pot holes and i can see they squeeze all the cars around the bushes and under the trees and in the end of the road there is abandoned house very very dirty they call it reception and i have to wait 15 minute for someone to see me .and in the end they took me to terminal and we was 8 in the Minnie bus we had to pay £2 each and when i came back i have to waited 40 minutes in the cold and i have to pay £7.50 again (i got a pictures for everything) in the end i came back to my car full of mud and little scratch .never again even for free

Provided us with a link to find the car park on the way there so quite easy to find, quickly got us into a mini bus and dropped off at terminal 1 within 10mins, on arrival back in the UK picked us up from the airport quickly right outside the terminal which was great, once we arrived at the car park car was waiting ready to go thankyou 🙂
