They are a SCAM! STAY AWAY!!
Website clearly states that items are returnable within 30 days. I reached out to the support email asking for a return authorization as stated in the return policy and they responded saying they can ship me a new size. I responded no and that i want to return and they never responded with return instructions. I sent 3 more emails since then, tried calling the number on the website multiple times but no answer and no callback. They are liars!! They dont allow you to return anything!!! This is a final sale scam!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!!

A misunderstanding?? how?? I sent you 6 emails requesting a return authorization within your 30 day return timeframe! SIX!!! I sent you another one the day of your response here asking me to email you again but still no response!!

They NEVER responded to any of my emails with a return authorization. I am stuck with my order that i will never use and they stole a couple of hundred dollars. Their return policy is a big lie!! They will never let you return what you buy. This is a MASSIVE SCAM SCHEME. TAKE MY WORD - DO NOT BUY!! I will update here if they ever respond and ever refund my order.

Bought a pair of sandals with Patriotic platform style - the Kathleen Women's Platform Wedge. Received a completely different pair. Won't send me an exchange. Will only give me a 25% off value or a credit for something else.....don't trust them anymore and consider this is bait and switch. They knew they didn't have it in stock and sent me a sub par pair instead.

I don’t know how there could be a high rating for this company when I read ALL the negative reviews elsewhere. Everything said about quality and customer service being terrible is accurate. I received items that were poor quality, poor sizing: and returns almost impossible. Had to pay $50 to return, customs paperwork! TY to the post office agent who helped me through a 15 minute process. Any refund was better than keeping items I would NEVER wear. DO NOT ORDER. You are ordering from a warehouse in China.

Website is simple and easy to navigate. Unique styles - it feels a little bit like an elevated Shein but less sketchy and a little more expensive! I love the free shipping and clothes came pretty quickly. Would order again.

I'm happy with the website's eye-soothing layout, which is simple and easy to navigate. I think, Parker and Paris is really a one-stop online store for women which is offering a wide range of clothing and shoes. The dresses are stylish, comfortable and available in vibrant colors with a variety of color options. Perfect for summer!
I'm also satisfied with Parker and Paris's hassle-free 30-day return policy and the smooth checkout process.

One thing that I think could be improved is the accessories collection. On the website, I could find only a few available items compared to large selection of clothing and shoes. It would be great to see if more variety of products are added to the accessories section.

Another thing I want to mention is that there are no reviews or ratings available for individual products. Adding a customer review and rating section would really help customers before buying any product to choose the right product.
I would definitely recommend Parker and Paris to anyone who loves shopping stylish and elegant fashion products online. HAPPY Shopping!!

I love Parker & Paris. It's fun to look at the fashionable clothing on the site - great for women of all ages. Love that they have a customer service option but when it comes to shopping a live agent will be best for a faster service. I will like to see a closer look on material of the items before purchasing . Is it true to size ? Or are measurements different for each style?

So I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t skip over this one! I came across this website by chance. As a mom that’s more conservative but still likes cute clothes, they had options that fit my vibe just right. I do wish they had more options and hope they add more to the website soon but oh my gosh the clothes they did have were to die for. I do wish they had a sizing chart. Since I am plus size it’s always a little risky buying clothes online so a sizing chart would’ve made me a lot more comfortable but I’m glad when the clothes arrive they fit. The size inclusion is great.
Also customer service was wonderful. I definitely recommend them next time you want to do some pampering with shopping!

I had been looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend, we have a trip coming up later this summer and I knew she was hoping to buy something new for the trip. I wasn't sure what exactly to get her, but I ended up getting her the Cynthia sandals and it was definitely the right choice. It was super easy for me to explore all the options Parkerandparis had, but I'm really happy with the gift, and so is my girlfriend most importantly. I know she's excited to show off the new sandals!

I found this website by accident and I'm happy I did, I like the fact thqt it's not so crowded with items, taking you forever to decide because there are way too many options. I ordered the Hailey blouse, for some reason it wouldn't accept my card, shout out to the customer service department, they fixed it as fast as I contacted them and I was able to buy it right away, I got it in the mail pretty quickly and let me tell you the quality is great, it's soft and comfy.... also free shipping on ALL US orders??? A steal!

i found paris and parker through one of their buy more = save more sales, and i'm really glad i did. i had a couple of questions about how the sale worked, and I was just able to submit through the contact form since I was at work and couldn't call, and I got my answers like right away :) totally impressed
also lowk addictive to add things to the cart and see what it recommends for me haha. a couple of the boutiques near me are really out of my price range, so it's nice to have something more reasonable but still feel higher end. now that i know how nice customer service is my friends and I will definitely be shopping here more this summer :p

I am so happy I found this store! I work as a teacher and they have the cutest dresses and blouses for spring and summer. Light weight material, but professional and fashionable! I ordered two pairs of shoes, clogs and sandals, however I am in between sizes when I measured using the size chart. I was able to reach out to customer support who responded quickly and advised which shoes I should size up and down if I’m in-between. My order came and everything fits perfectly! Great experience overall!

I ordered the Alira midi dress in khaki for my wife and tbh the entire process was VERY smooth! The site was easy to browse and I didn't feel lost trying to figure things out, which hhappens a lot with order stores.

I actually messaged customer service real quick before buying just you know.. to make sure sizing is accurate, and they replied faster than I expected! The response was straight to the point and was very helpful, not one of those copy-paste answers.

I needed to order a dress for a wedding I am going to this summer. I found exactly the type of dress I wanted, but the promo code wouldn’t apply when I tried to check out. I contacted customer service, and they were able to solve my problem almost instantly. On top of that, the dress was perfect. This was my first experience with Parker and Paris, but I will be back.
