First contact with a very helpful and knowledgeable guy called Paul, within 6 days I have my new AC unit installed running perfectly.
Arrived on time and Joe the engineer was very informative and very efficient.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a new customer.

Excellent service from this company. Very knowledgeable about Park Homes and the benefits of having air conditioning. Keeps us warm and comfortable. Easy to use and after setting up it works pretty well automatically. Fitted in a morning. The fitter was very helpful explaining all the ins and outs of the system.
Turned the lounge area radiators off as they are not required.

We asked Parkhouse Air Conditioning for a quote to provide air conditioning for 2 rooms in a residential property. Paul came to provide a review of what would be required and the options and costs involved. There was total transparency to the work required and the pricing.
The work was all undertaken in one day and was of the highest quality and least disruption to the house. Since fitting the system has worked flawlessly and for the cooler months we are now in, has provided cheap heating, helping to keep our heating costs under control.

Excellent service, very professional. Nothing too much trouble, great care taken throughout installation. Would definitely recommend.

Paul was outstanding on a future project that was planned, and gave me several options prior to paying a deposit until I decided on my future needs. Paul when looking at my caravan, considered not only the effectiveness of the system, but also ensured he provided a suitable system. On installation, they were not only quick, but ensured the system was blended in fully to the colours specifications of my caravan. An outstanding company that supplies ongoing support which offers an annual service price which will out price others in the market. A very cost effective solution to reduce heat in summer, and warmth in winter at a great overall cost.

Just had two Toshiba air source heat / AC units fitted by Parkhouse, absolutely brilliant ! Did all our research first & we’re still amazed how much more there was to know after talking to Paul at Parkhouse. Paul & Kier arrived exactly when they said & worked tirelessly for two full days on our installation. It’s a long time since we’ve experienced such a professional service, nothing stopped them achieving absolute perfection in our home. We NEVER write reviews normally but had too on this occasion, we cannot praise Parkhouse, Paul & Kier enough for their knowledge, professionalism, product & work ethic.

Absolutely love our Air conditioning. This company is so professional. Having had one unit installed in our lounge and experienced the difference, we had another installed in our bedroom.
I can't imagine life without it now. The heating facility has made such a difference it means we primarily only heat the lounge, instead of heating the whole home all day.
The cooling air conditioning is life changing, now I cannot imagine how we lived without it.

The high level of assistance and advice given diring a long discussion about the running expenses against those of a more traditional heating system helping us to make a good decision.
On the day of installation the three fitters were very clean and tidy and very through in fitting the exchangers inside the house and outside.
