Easy to use app and reasonable price for parking

Location, ease of access, and cost.

We came in a little late and left a little late and got an extra $14 charge on the way out - and the original price was only $9.50. Very upsetting.

No issues at all

Parking lot is clean, easy accessibility feel safe big spots

When advertised it stated the airport shuttle was on demand. It was not.
When the shuttle returned me to the minute I was to be exiting the lot I was charged for an entire day in addition to the overall cost.
I saw several other shuttles on the same road rotate more often. I won't be using this again.

I booked a parking but nowhere it was indicated beforehand if there was in and out privilege for my 3 day parking. I was able to cancel before the start since I realized that. Tried to book a parking spot with in and out and yet again, no way to find that out before you book. But once you reserve, the information is provided... glitch and/or weird...? Had to book with another site.

YOU ARE TERRIBLE, NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AND I'M STILL DUE A REFUND. F-U-C-K YALL

What a fantastic experience. We took a trip and parked overnight. I felt comfortable and safe leaving it. I came back and everything was in place.

Was 17 past and was charged $11 which was more than the parking fee! Is there no grace period?!

You are a company that doesn't care, I got rob at your location and abiusly there is nothing you can do, only collect your money and look for your self

The machine at the gate of 11 E 9th has been extremely erratic lately - often times the scanner will not work. I know its not a problem with my phone as I have regularly seen lines of cars with similar issues trying to talk through the call box to an operator to open the gate. With the recent rate increases, I am less and less inclined to drive to work

1001 state location did great. But give two stars due to commuting locations like national street. Machines tuned off or just don’t work and have to,pay over 40% surcharge to pay via the parking.com app.

I was overcharged compared to others I was meeting with, that had also parked in the same lot!

I tried to explain and request a partial refund and was denied!!

I caution others to be weary of these greedy people!!!

Parking lot was on a corner without he given address on the sign. I parked there after driving around a bit - and then did not see the kiosk with the bar code and ability to put a permit on my dashboard. Fortunately I did not get towed.
