Hard to find information on how to create a session. Not enough signs showing the zone number or how to start a session. Once found, the web site and the process for creating a session and payment were clunky, not intuitive and harder to use than any other parking program I have used. Rates were great but the experience was stressful due to lack of information and hard to use app/web site.

Sign in front of lot showed $8 daily. I was charged $12.99

Love the ease in paying for parking. Don't like that it's 3 hours at a time. I am handicapped and park in this zone for easy access to my office. It's extremely expensive.

It was a little confusing what to do after parking. It would help if you marked the area that gives directions more prominently.

Parking was a breeze. Picked up at our car and dropped back at our car. Waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up at airport.

Easy to find. Plenty of spaces to park. Close to theatre.

I parked at the lot on the corner of 4th Street and E.State Street in downtown Columbus, OH because the sign on the lot said $8 per day. I went to the self service kiosk to enter my tag info and pay but was unable to use it because it was out of paper. There was no attendant working so I scanned the QR code on the sign I was asked to select my in and out times. I entered my 8 hours and was shown it would be $12.99. Why advertise one price and charge another?

The sign on the parking lot advertised $5 or $8 evening parking. Using the qr code on the sign, I was only able to have 2 hours for $13. We were pretty displeased by the false advertising.

The lot said all day parking for $8. The app charged me $12.95 plus it requires so much info. Not a good system when you are trying to get to a meeting.

Was a mystery on the hourly rate until we had to pay. Also was not able to select (that I could easily tell) a daily rate. We were there for my father-in-law's induction and the veterans parade for the 4th of July weekend and would have paid whatever but it would have been nice to know what the heck we were paying for up front.

Price and fee was a rip off. 10 bucks for 2 hours in an empty lot. Never again.

Posted 1 price and charged another. Very bad. Easy to pay them (more than I should have) a little good. Better system for them than for me.

You had a sign in your lost that Parking on the weekend rate is $5.00 and weekday $8 your charged me $8.99 which is more than the rate of the WEEKLY. Yesterday was a SUNDAY

Sign in lot said after hours parking $5 but when checked in on app the charge was $8.99. Not clear in app in how to get the $5 price.

Easy to use and liked that you gave warning text about getting close to the time.

Would have been nice to see a posted price for parking. Ended up paying $25.

We just happened to come across this by chance while staying at the Columbus Sheraton. It was wonderful!!! This was so easy and convenient! We will def use again!
