It was really easy booking online. I added the car license plate to the reservation so I didn't actually even have to scan anything. It automatically let me in. Parking was easy and had a lot of room. I will say I was very confused on the situation for picking up the car. I had a 7pm to 12 am reservation.

There are signs EVERYWHERE that say "If your car is here past 8:30 pm, you will not be able to leave until the next day". This is apparently inaccurate because the attendant told me I was fine and I ultimately was able to pick up my car at midnight and leave without any issue. The signs though were very worrying so I spent the entire time I was at dinner worried about it.

Very clean and easy. Felt safe. Definitely add your license plate ahead of time. Need clearer signage.

We paid $40 for overnight parking online but this metro tech location was closed on the weekend and we couldn’t get help. The code to scan to get into the lot didn’t work and we spent half an hour trying to locate someone to assist. We ended up paying to park somewhere else.

The people were great however the system sucks. no service underground had to run in and out in order to pay. They have to come up with a better system to pay. When leaving nobody has time to be running up and down that ramp. It’s too expensive to be so time consuming. You guys have to do better.

Easy to book. Booked for oversize though my F150 didn't clear the overhead warning bollard. I was expecting that with an oversize option it could accommodate my standard pickup. I made it through without a hiccup but was nerve-wrecking to navigate the parking area.

Upon entering the lot the machine failed to read the QR code from my phone. It was a total pain in the ass. I'm also not pleased that if I show up early or late I may get charged more. I traveled a long distance, it's very difficult to pinpoint an exact time, especially when driving through Manhattan and Brooklyn.

$30+ dollars for 2 hours, I stopped here cause I had a class on city tech and to my surprise coming back, never again using this. Hope so

The worst experience ever

The charge does not seem fair to me and the charging interface is not versatile

Ease going and and leaving.
Plenty of parking spaces.
The best feature, is that you can park your own vehicle.

Not too expensive and the gentlemen that were there were so sweet and professional!

I used the same card at entry and exit. It didn’t work; it held me up for about 15 mins (which almost caused an issue with one of the drivers waiting behind me), but worst of all, making me late for an extremely important meeting, which led to me loosing a potential client and probably about $3,000.00. I will likely never park with your company again.

A little hard to GPS the proper entrance but the QR code check in/out worked great. Good pricing.

I was supossed pay 20 plus tax and finally paid 50 dollars.
