RIDICULOUS
My actual review is a big, fat ZERO!
I had drs appointment at this address, scanned ticket and inserted credit card, per standard procedure. About 4 minutes passed without authorization so I cancelled and tried again, as several cars were lined up, impatiently awaiting exit. Still no authorization, so I pushed help button, was prompted to try again by attendant, did not work. Attendant asked for another card--I only use one--then a multitude of personal questions, in order to send a link for payment, which took another 5+ minutes, while line of cars continued to grow. This process took approximately 10 minutes, which is outrageous. There's obviously a glitch in your system, which needs to be immediately addressed.
I have been visiting this location for years and never had this issue personally, but have witnessed other people stuck at gate, unable to exit on multiple occasions, as well as repairmen working on faulty equipment.
When link for payment was sent, there was an additional $0.99 service charge, on top of $3.00 parking fee.
Needless to say, this incident was extremely inconvenient, annoying and unacceptable, not only to me but for all those waiting behind me to exit. I feel under given circumstances, I should be reimbursed the $3.99 fee.

Terrible
Lot has no grace period. The machine kept timing out when I tried to pay. I finally had to call the help number to get let out of the lot. When I went online to pay, they slapped an extra "service fee" - even though it was their machines that weren't working. (Also: Who charges parking at a doctor's office?? Eye roll for all of it)

Two of my cards didn’t work and I had to pay a conviene fee to pay the parking lot. Several cars were behind me waiting to get out. I will never park or go here again.

The card reader on the parking gate at 200 N Glebe has a history of refusing to read my credit cards. On 08/12 I couldn't get it to read either my Mastercard (which I'd just used for my copay at my doctor's) or my Visa card, while a whole cue of cars with irate drivers lined up behind me. The assistance I received from the attendant saved me from further embarrassment and I would give him 5 stars, but the having to resort to paying online cost me an extra buck. I wonder how many extra bucks that gate rips off in a year's time. I suppose it's too much to ask to fix that fool gate?

There was a mechanical issue. Every car had to call in their information. I waited in the car for over 30 minutes with an 8 year old who needed to use the bathroom. I called to complain. A very polite man tried to explain. I went ahead to pay online and had to pay a service fee for your problem! I’ll park elsewhere the my family has a dentist appointment.

The machine would it take my credit card at the doctors parking lot. Your service for its lack of working equipment charge me $.99 for your faulty machine. I would not bring your company is trust worthy.

Instead, they made me pay via text link and then charged me $4 for my whole experience. Very poor customer service.
