If it were possible I would give this a zero. I was told that there was an attendant on duty to show my receipt. There was no one on duty and it looks like the shack hasn't been used in a long time. All there was were a bunch of QR codes to pay for parking. Following the QR link did not give me any option to enter my receipt number. I tried calling the number on the receipt but it is only manned 9-5 Monday to Friday. I'll be looking to get my money back.

We could not cancel our stay when we realized that the whole area was free parking on Sunday. We paid a lot of money we could not contact anyone despite the fact that we left few minutes after we parked.
We were very upset about paying 21$.
How can we know in advance for how long we will park there as tourists.

My car was broken into & my driver side window was smashed. I’ve tried to contact a number of people responsible for this parking lot & I cannot reach anyone. I’ve also not heard back from the manager of this specific lot after he promised to communicate with me. 20 other cars in the lot were broken into the same night.

I started parking at the parking lot at 22nd & Walden St about 1 week ago. There is always an attendant onsite, and they’ve been very friendly and helpful. I’ve had no issues at all, and I will definitely continue to park here in the future.

Everything was super easy and the parking attendants were kind and helpful.

Easy to find a spot, pretty close to or destination. Only snafu is that the website rolls back around like the transaction didn't go through and I almost paid twice.

There is ample parking space in the lot and friendly service.

No one was present to leave key to if needed and poor system/management

I paid and then there was no attendant to give my key to as instructed. When I called the number provided I was told that if I couldn't write a note and be available to come move my car at any time I would be towed. I was not offered anyway to receive a refund, though I parked elsewhere.

Attendant approached drivers side of my car while I was parking ( car was still moving). Then stared at me through my window while grinning as we were getting our things together to get out of the car and continued to stare after I asked him to give us a moment. Then, while walking back to my car at 4:15pm, we see the same attendant driving away. He stopped and asked if he had my key. We said he did so he checked a ticket that he was leaving with in his personal vehicle and said “it’s time for me to go home. Your key is on your front tire”. On my front tire?? Why in the world would you leave my key WITH my car so anyone can just drive away?? I highly doubt that locals don’t know this happens and can just walk up to the lot “after hours”. Also, I would have never thought my key would be with the car so I don’t know how I was supposed to know where my key was had we walked up 30 seconds later. Also, the signs say the attendant is supposed to be there until 4:30pm. So I paid $21 for my car to be left unattended WITH the key
