Everything was great once I found the lot except it was cheaper if you buy the day of. Very disappointed that I bought online. Will never do that again!! And won’t use your lot because of the price... Toon meer
Too much of a waste of time. Took me 15 minutes to figure out what to do. Couldn’t adjust the times at all. Much easier and faster to hand someone cash. Probably won’t be back. The almost empty lot... Toon meer

I like the fact that I was able to go online and pay for it without having to download an app because if you don't live around there and you only park there a couple times a year downloading an app is pointless the other amazing Factor paying $10 for special event parking to go to a concert is amazing when most places it's 50 60 70

Too much of a waste of time
Too much of a waste of time. Took me 15 minutes to figure out what to do. Couldn’t adjust the times at all. Much easier and faster to hand someone cash. Probably won’t be back. The almost empty lot should have been a clue.

Highway robbery
Everything was great once I found the lot except it was cheaper if you buy the day of. Very disappointed that I bought online. Will never do that again!! And won’t use your lot because of the price difference.

I put in for a specific day and time…
I put in for a specific day and time span...I was that on the page before I submitted correctly but when I printed my receipt I didn't look closely at it( my bad) but it got printed for a day I didn't pick..so, I went to a function which had event parking.. and me thinking that my receipt was for when I had typed in .. ended up getting a parking ticket for unlawful parking. .. the app also gave me the wrong address for the parking lot location.. not enthusiastic about this app or company.. I would give it at most 1/2 star
