No hassle although there was some uncertainty when we arrived as there was no one attending the lot.

It’s easier to reserve online before event.

Difficult to load location, even though it is teh same and only location. Multiple people stanidng around also wondering how to get it done - same experience last 4 visits.

App is very easy to use, from finding parking, to booking the parking, to making payment

easy to make reservation online, however once you arrive and try to park there is no one there, we were lucky enough to get the very last spot in the lot, however if we had arrived a few moments later, we would not have been able to park there although we had already prepaid for it.

When we got to the lot at 7:20, there were no spaces left even though we set up and paid for the space days ago. We were able to park near a space, and there was still room for cars to get by.

So, I signed up and paid ahead of time for a parking spot and when I arrived at 6:30 am, the lot was completely full and there was no attendant to help. I managed to squeeze my car into a ridiculously tight spot and then crawl out the back of my hatch back (because it was too tight to open the doors). Had I not had that one spot I would have been poop out of luck. You should not sell people parking spots that are not guaranteed and if they are not guaranteed then you should make that abundantly clear before someone purchases a spot. There would have been no way for me to get my money back or rectify the problem, so pretty irresponsible of you.

i think there should be some type of Secuity there didn’t see anyone there. Also i had trouble finding a spot you should have more handicapped spots closer to the theater. It was a long walk where i parked and to the theater plus it seemed very dark and desolate in the parking lot

This screwed up all my apps and made Facebook disappear. It took me quite a while to figure out how to get it off my phone.

There was an "event" listed on the app, but it appeared twice under almost 2 different titles. I went with the one that had both bands listed and had no problem using the app from there on out (a lot of attendees for the event were struggling with the app not sure the reason why). The only other minor issue....how much time to put on the app purchase? I put 4 hours, and still the show let out a little past that. Why not just have a set price for the event?

The entire process was easy and affordable.

There was no attendant in the parking lot to check our printed receipt for paid parking, but the staff at the St George's theatre assured us that if we had a paid receipt, we would be ok. It would have been more reassuring if there was an attendent there.

It’s a great spot to park but 26.00 day it needs hourly parking as well
