We liked the option to park in this lot, because we were staying downtown that evening and our truck would not fit in the hotel parking garage, so luckily, this lot offered the option park overnight.... Toon meer

Lot was full..app not accepted at lot anymore.
We use this app everytime we go to sporting events and have never had a problem until the last time we used it to go to an nfl game in Cincinnati..I was able to find and book parking with no problem..the issue arose when my family and I arrived and pulled into the lot and the attendant told me it was full..needless to say I wasn't very happy seeing how we just drove 3 hours and had already paid online for a parking spot..the attendant informed me that I was the second person this had happened to and that for this lot you now have to scan a code in the parking lot when you park and pay for a spot that way and that you can't use the parking.com app for this lot anymore..not sure why the app let me select this lot if it's not part of parking.com anymore..thankfully the guy was able to squeeze me in and let me park seeing how I already had paid money to park there..other than that we have always had a good experience with this app.

I prepaid for the parking ahead of time, but when I arrived, there were no spaces available to park; other than one handicapped space, which is illegal for me to park in. Fortunately, after a bit, someone left the lot and I was able to use that space.

Lot was full - multiple people pulled in with the same issue.
Parking was not being monitored - entrances we're being used as parking spots.

Early Bird Rates
Good morning-
I arrive around 7:30/7:45a for work Monday-Friday. If I enter 9 hours it says I owe $15, but if I arrive at 8am I can put 9 hours and only pay $10. That doesn’t make any sense to me. I would think the $10 rate would accommodate 7am-5pm M-F.

Crazy expensive beware…
I believe an over 10 dollar charge is ridiculous for less than 30 minutes but it is what it is.
