Customer Support Doesn't Work

I forgot my ticket in the garage and the machine sent me a code to pay the lost ticket fee online. Not a big deal, that's my fault.

Except that the link takes me to parking.com to pay, and then an error code comes up when I try to pay. I can put in my card information, but then get the error message "There's no parking available during the time you've selected. Please try a different day or time." Except it won't let me change the date or time, there's no option to change.

I've called the garage and they haven't gotten back to me. I've gone to parking.com's support page and attempted to send them an email, just to get sent to a page that says "no results found." I'm about to reach the end of the allotted time to pay for my lost ticket fee, and then I'll be cited, all because nothing from this company works. Not their payment website, not their support website, even their support team via calling on the phone. I am extremely frustrated that I am about to get cited through no fault of my own, and that no one and nothing has been available to help me.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. Car was broken into twice in 2 weeks, shattered windows and all… No security cameras in the garage which made catching the criminals impossible. Even though it’s a good price, I’d strongly recommend a safer option

I purchased parking through the app and…

I purchased parking through the app and the QR code they sent me did not work. After talking to someone on the phone, they said to get a ticket and when I left, if it did not work again, I could call for assistance and they could open gate. When I left, the scan did not work so I called for help. The rep told me they did not accept Parking.com at that garage. I had to pay again to get out. Very frustrating.

Horrible

Horrible. The garage scanner didn't work. Took forever to get attendant to let me in. Then when I checked out garage said they don't take online anymore and tried to make me pay again. Took me about 20 min of fighting and providing reservation numbers, ticket numbers manually to attendant. Will never use again

Online purchase option with QR code does not work!

Your online purchase option with printable/downloadable QR code did not work at the garage. It would not scan. Why offer a service if it doesn't work? This was a headache when getting into the garage AND when leaving. It was a mess. If there had not been an attendant training a worker on site when we arrived, we might have never gotten into the parking garage. This experience was incredibly frustrating.

Prepurchased Parking Malfunctioned

I prepurchased two days' worth of parking for downtown Cincinnati. We scanned the printed QR code at the entrance as directed, and a ticket was received. However, at the exit, when we placed the ticket in the machine, we were given the message that we needed to pay $15 again. We called the emergency number, but they were unable to help us and we had to pay to leave, as there was a long line of other cars waiting and no way for us to move out of their way.

I'm currently waiting on a refund for that day and the next (since we didn't want a repeat scenario the second day, we parked elsewhere).

Was good garage

Parking garage was clisr

Parking garage was conveniently located next to venue. The only problem I had was the scanner was not working so I had to take a ticket to park. When I exited, the attendant let me out after showing the receipt where I paid in advance.
