App is super easy to use. Pricing isn’t too bad. I only use parking.com and I was able to find parking in both Columbus Ohio and Chicago Illinois close to the buildings I needed and reasonable prices.... Toon meer

The app keeps crashing when I try and purchase parking. Have to go to the sign and scan the QR code and pay with Apple Pay as the traditional way to reserve with the app and a credit card will not work have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I have tried opening and closing the app, restarting my phone nothing works.

I ended up getting charged twice for my parking.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Would give five star if I could have clicked on Apple Pay but that option did not populate.
Loved that I got text message reminder of time about to expire. I did have to help an elderly couple through the process, maybe a few more signs in the parking lot would be helpful.

App is super easy to use. Pricing isn’t too bad. I only use parking.com and I was able to find parking in both Columbus Ohio and Chicago Illinois close to the buildings I needed and reasonable prices. App is super easy to use to find parking, to book new parking and to rebook previous uses lots. The lot I use daily is in good shape too.

It was easy to figure out how to…
It was easy to figure out how to park/pay. The gentleman that was there to assist me and another customer. The parking space was ample, you didn’t have to squeeze in the space (risking damage to other vehicles). I would use the lot again :)
