I was given a boot even though I paid for parking on July 6th! On the email I received it stated I paid for reserved parking for July 10th but on the website it stated that I paid for July 6th! I had to pay for getting the boot removed because of the error

Easy to pay and didn't have to worry about having to come out and pay a meter

Easy to park and pay. Felt a little unsafe with a few vagrants around, but it was fine.

Not a garage as described. An open lot, questionable security. Turned out OK, but would have been nice to know beforehand.

The amount of time I was charged for parking out outrageous. I inputted that I would need the spot for 2 hours but was charged the full amount like I was attending the concert that was happening half way across the city.

I think it is great how your app works. How it reminds me when my parking session will end and gives me the option to extend extra time if when needed.

Very quick & easy! But, your prices r too high. I won’t park there again & my sales territory is downtown & I visit a lot of customers.

This was on Saturday, March 23, 2024 for the Buffalo Bayou Regatta, an annual Houston Texas race event for canoes and kayaks hosted by the Buffalo Bayou Conservancy. The lot had deeply cracked cement, broken glass, steep inclines, difficult to get to; no human oversight, and teensy spaces between parked cars; it was horrible and had really sketchy aggressive people loafing.
I am a 72 yr. old female, and although daylight, I felt threatened and would NEVER have parked there if there were other decent options.
It was awful and I would not suggest to anyone to park there. It was the epitome of greed. One star is too many! How about minus 10000 stars?

Very steep entrance. Construction blocking another entrance. Lots of potholes in the lot. Would avoid parking here again
