Way too much money for handicap…
Way too much money for handicap parking. I never pay for handicap parking at other locations. In 2 visits I paid $20. I cannot afford to park at this building going forward.
Also, it takes WAY too long to pay. I was late for my appointment the first time.

Nervous
I’m over 70 and still can’t understand how to use that meter. I had to give a stranger my credit card and listen to you sure are trusting. I had no choice. I so afraid when it time to go back there will be nobody around to help me. Can you tell me what to do in a situation like that please. Thank you

I think I just should’ve paid at the deck, because it was the same price. This is a rip off I weren’t sure how long I were going to be there, but it still said $6.00 for two hours. I were there one hour fifteen minutes.

At first I was hesitant to use this app for parking but it worked out just fine. Clear instructions made the process easy and I got my payment receipt promptly. Will use again as needed.
