Online reservations did not exist for an option, in person reservation station was not user friendly, there were no FAQ describing what to do if driving a bus and needing parking, etc...

I paid the daily rate that was posted…
I paid the daily rate that was posted and paid the $12.99. Yet I received a ticket as though I had not paid! I was 20 minutes late to my appointment as it took me 20+ minutes to download everything. I have protested the $72 fine and have not even heard back. I will definitely be parking elsewhere!

Web Base app improvement
Your phone base app works ok, but the web based application is not very intuitive and does not work properly, it needs UIUX fixes to be in line with your phone app.

Fine, but expensive
Parking transaction went fine, but I don't understand why the service / convenience fee is 10% of the cost of the transaction. This was a great backup for when I forgot my wallet, but that's the only time I'll use it.

Paying on the app or with a QR code is easy but parkig spaces are to tight for a truck. Also early birth does not work with the QR code.

Parking for lights
My family has parked here every year for the parade of lights with no issues. We have a large suv and are always happy with the spots toward the back. Arriving late and we still have our spot! Great lighting too!

This parking lot firm have figured how to do it right. They have made the process so easy with options for the QR code or on-site kiosks. The app pre-fills almost everything and I am done paying in less than 30 seconds. Just an excellent set up. I also really like the reminders when it's time to add time.
