The ticket that was issued to me had no bar code to scan. When I pressed the call button the person answering barely spoke english. It was hard to understand him. Furthermore I had to give my info to get out of the garage and it took about 15 minutes.
I do not see how it costs $18.99 to park for under 3hr. That was a rip off.

I got the ticket without the bar code
I got the ticket without the bar code. No way for me to open the gate. I believed that the two cars in front of me had the same problem. I had to contact the customer service via the phone to get the gate open. It took me more than 30 minutes to get it done. Horrible parking experience.

I will NEVER use this location again
I will NEVER use this location again. The QR cose given when you do the reservation DOES NOT work at the parking scanner. When I called to get help they couldn’t help me they insisted I grabbed a ticket so the gate would open, and when I was ready to leave the garage if I would have any problem with the QR code to give them a call. When It was time to exit the QR cose would not scan I gave them a call and they insisted that I had to use the code or insert the ticket and pay again!!!! I wasted 10 mins going back and forth with them they person finally asked me for my reservation number and opened the gate!!!! Now why didn’t they do that to begin with?!? Waste time of time and great LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Avoid all the frustration I had park somewhere else!!!
The QR code NEVER worked
The QR code NEVER worked. I had to call the attendant to enter and exit. Both attendants were unpleasant. Will not be using this parking facility again.
Easy Breezy
A friend reserved a spot for us in Chicago a day ahead. We went in two cars. When we got to the parking garage, we were unable to scan our QR codes (and to be honest, it wasn't immediately obvious where to scan them. We'd later see the spot at the bottom of the kiosk). My friend tried multiple times to scan his QR code with no luck.
Whomever the garage operators are really need to work on better signage, labeling, and general user experience.
We ended up pressing the button to get new tickets because traffic was starting to back up. All the while at our event, we kept being anxious if we'd have to end up paying twice, which was no fun.
On the way out of the garage, my friend pressed the call button to get assistance, but eventually gave up waiting and paid twice. I got lucky that the agent picked up when it was my turn and validated that I had paid ahead of time and opened the gate.
A little bit of better signage and better kiosk and this wouldn't have been an issue. And from many of the reviews here, most people are having very similar issues

Pros: pricing/location Cons: App/pass
The pricing and the location couldn’t be beat. Right next to the train and $2 cheaper than the next closest garage. The app needs improvement though. The pass, which was visible in the Parking.com app and my Apple wallet, would not scan at entry or at exit. I had to call an attendant for help and hold up the line while he verified my pass. This is my first experience with the Parking.com app and I will give it another try but I am not optimistic. If the same thing happens again it may be worth the $2 to park down the street at a garage using the ParkWhiz app.

We purchased the ticket online-a mistake
We purchased the ticket online, but when we got to the parking lot it did not work — even with the help over the intercom. On the way out we had to pay again.

Electric Daily Parking Pass - Does not work!
Do not purchase electric passes from Parking.com at this location! The entry gates and equipment do not read the electronic parking pass on your phone. Don’t buy the pass online! It does not work. Myself and others have told the local personal about the issue and no one has fixed it. Your system does not work and you double charging people. When you do fix it, and the system works as designed. I will remove the bad review. Until then, my review is one star or no stars.

Unreliable Service - No assistance
The barcode provided for the reservation did not scan and no one answered the call button to provide assistance. Ended up grabbing a ticket to enter as there was a line forming. Then called the reservation number to get guidance on leaving the garage ahead of the next day. Was told to use the call button to ask for assistance in confirming the original reservation. Upon leaving, no one answered that call either and a resident waiting in line opened the gate. Unreliable service would make me hesitant to use again.
