Horrible experience. Couldn't figure out how to do multi-day sessions. Very stressful having to remember to restart session. Thank God they didn't tow me.

Good way to pay. Not your problem, elgin station is not marked well to find out how to pay parking. One thing was I had to pay 2 times during the day because app would not let me sign up for 10 hours.... Toon meer
When I ran the qr code, it didn't immediately take me to the pay screen. Seems like it could be made easier. I do appreciate the reminder before my time expires.

Parking app works well, but 44% processing fee is outrageous. $0.66fee for $1.50parking.

The app is utter garbage
The app is utter garbage. It fails more often than it works. I don't trust that it keeps my information secure and will not use it ever again.

The ease of the website is nice
The ease of the website is nice. I’d give it 5 stars if you were able to reserve multiple days at once or even add time before midnight. It’s very inconvenient to stay up to add time.

Fee too high
I think a 40% fee to use the app is ridiculous, but because my Metra station doesn’t have parking meters that take credit cards or conveniently placed I have no choice but to use the app.
Parking costs $1.50 and parking.com charges $.66. Why the large fee???

Not a well thought out app
I was concerned because I could not add time to my parking. I called twice. The first time I was on hold until I finally hung up. The second time the associate was unable to help but sent a link which kept giving me errors. I was unnecessarily burdened by worry that my vehicle would get towed or ticketed. And the kiosks fo not take credit cards, just cash it a special parking card.

I scanned the QR code that was posted…
I scanned the QR code that was posted (as the machine didn't take credit cards), paid for my parking, and when I looked at my email receipt, saw that I had paid for parking at a completely different lot. Because I didn't want to come back to find my car towed, I paid a SECOND time. Emailed customer service, asking for a refund, and never heard back. That was two days ago. In fact, the only contact I've gotten was the email asking me to review parking.com...which I'm doing now. Unfortunate.

The app constantly needs updates
The app constantly needs updates. Half the time you have to go to the website cause the app isn’t working . The app doesn’t keep you logged in. It’s a pain in the ass
