Someone had broken the kiosk to let people in and out. No one was on site in the toll booth. The arm wouldn’t raise or lower. The call center on duty was semi helpful, but obviously had a script that they had to go by before they could actually help. Once the script was done, they hung up no matter if you had an additional question. Someone finally did show up to let us out after 45 minutes. Probably never going to park here again.
I had a very bad experience old customer service is a disaster, uncooperative unprofessional plus free route, and after that you have to pay a service fee plus the parking fee
I had a very bad experience. Unfortunately when I try to pay, parking ticket Keep coming out. I tried to call them. I have to wait for 10 minutes minimum to get someone online and that person was not able to figure out how I can pay and then I have to give him my car tag number the credit card number he has to send me a code to confirm, and despite that he was not able to charge, and then he open the door so I can go out because there was a big line behind me. The whole process took almost 35 minutes, and after that, I got a link to pay and they charge me a service fee plus the extra or additional time I was waiting to pay plus the time I parked my car. Whole experience was a big disaster. Next time I will not use this parking spot.

Worst experience
Worst experience. Parking.com charged me twice. I already booked parking online and paid for parking in advance. When I exited they charged me again. I contacted customers care via email still no response.

I just wasted $7 on Parking.com. Spent the money and was unable to exit the parking deck without spending additional money to get the gate to open. Don't even bother to use this service.
