Parking.com canceled my monthly recurring membership with no notice because they merged with another company…Metropolis. Total confusion now about hot to pay for parking which I have to do daily at the train station since there is no monthly pass anymore. Totally inconvenient for me since I take the train everyday. At first had to pay through Metropolis app and now it sent me back to Parking.com. The station has both QR codes posted?? Which company do I pay? Two different parking apps now because of the two companies. No monthly passes available and I was told by customer service I could not pay cash at the machines anymore even though the machines are still there. Not sure if what they are telling me is true because I still see people paying at the machines. Had no problems for years until now. Terrible customer service and communication. If I didn’t have to take the train to work, I would not park there again. But I guess they got me. On the bright side, taking the train allows me the time to write this review.

The parking is normally 24/7 but the time slot only allows u to do 6 hours . Stupid

Stupid to charge on Saturday and to charge a " processing fee"

It was quick and easy to use.

The signage at the pay station indicated that the cost was $2.00 per day and I was charged more than that. Daily was not an option to choose.

Parking at La Fox Metra station was fast and easy.

App worked as needed, but a “service fee” of over 40% of the transaction cost is excessive.

There need to be more QR codes to scan (one per row). It wasn’t working to enter the other # and the code wasn’t working 1/2 the time. Also, I didn’t get any reminder (em or text) to remind me my time was running out. Thanks

I was able to park close to the entrance by a light so when we got home it felt safe even though it was dark.

The scam app sometimes does not work. Nowhere on website to find number to identify location. A bit challenging to use all if unfamiliar.

I paid for the parking at 5:16 am and a ticket was issued at 9:40 am. Seems like your system may not work so well. Like not at all?

Would have been a 5 star if there was a way to schedule consecutive days parking. The app doesn’t accept consecutive day for LaFox Metra Parking Area. As a work around you could print individual multiple passes for each consecutive day, just seem ridiculous.

You really need to make your UI and the processes behind the app more user friendly.

It sucks that ticket expires every night at midnight. You need to get online at midnight and pay for next day. Should be a choice for multiple days. People take the train for overnight stays and the parking set up only allows for daily and monthly parking.

Easy process, and ability to pay after getting on the train which is helpful when running late.

It took me nearly 30 minutes of being told that you’re portal for accepting payment was not working. I called twice to make payment, and both times I was disconnected. The last time I was disconnected, I was met with a joyful “goodbye.” How frustrating! I finally just downloaded the app and paid that way. I shouldn’t have to do that. And during those 30 minutes sitting on the train, all I could wonder is if I was going to get a ticket, all because your system was not working. I will never use your system again. Way too stressful.
