your spots at Lake Cook Road default to 2 hours windows to book when it should just book you for the entire day (it is the same price to book for 2 hours versus 24 hrs). I had to waste time dealing with this bc I accidentally booked for 2 hours for the first time and then they tried charging me a fee. Please set the default end time for this location to 11:59 pm. appreciate it

Poor drop down choices
It was a 24hr lot but there was no way to pay a daily purchase price. Hour select only allowed 5:30 to 7:30 which made it appear that I could not park after 7:30.

Machines to pay for parking with cash are often out of order forcing parkers to pay $2.72 for parking instead of the $2.00 cash payment.
