Refunded to my credit card when I inadvertently put in for the wrong day and time to park my truck for when I was going
to the Astros baseball game.

Pre-paid parking is a scam
Pre-paid a reserved parking spot for a weekend event in downtown Houston. The next day, the day of the event we arrived on time to find absolutely no parking spots. Either they serve come-first customers or over book. You think they could easily put cones to block off some spots but no. Of course, no parking attendants on-site.

QR convenience of payment also email alerts
Very convenient to be able to park your car capture the QR code register while you walk down the sidewalk. Getting alerts at your destination, that allows you to pay for extra time or round up your time and leave.

Sign said prices were $15-$20 paid $60
Sign said prices were $15-$20, ended up paying $60 because the website was not clear. I thought I would be there for only a few hours so I put that, thinking I wouldn’t have to pay a full days price, payed $30 then had to pay an extra $30 for just a few extra hours that I needed. This is ridiculous and it should be clear that you pay the same price no matter the amount of time. There should also be a way to add more time at a lower price
