Parking ticket theater validation was not honored.....parking ticket was not returned to me. After being let out of the parking lot....received email asking for fill payment.

This company ripped me off
They have no proof I parked in their garage for 24 hrs. My car was in their parking facility for less than one hr. I paid one dollar and their machine ate my ticket to prove I paid for parking. Not ony will I NEVER park there again, I am boycotting Evanston
I do not need to spend my money on crooked business people.

The machine in the lobby took my parking ticket but didn't return it. I ended up paying the lost ticket price in order to exit the garage, which was not fair. I didn't lose my ticket, the machine malfunctioned. Absolutely ridiculous.

Parking machine was not working, so had to pay $.99 service fee, that's not fair.
I had an issue with my ticket and there was no one available at the booth. I made multiple assistance phone calls. Ultimately I was able to leave because I was sent link that charged me $19 as opposed to the one dollar for the less than one hour I was in the parking garage, while I am grateful to have been able to leave the garage, this was not a great experience.
Horrible experience! Went for a medical test and lost my parking ticket. Was only there for 20 minutes. Explained the situation and I was forced to pay for an entire day plus extra charges.
Not a resonable or fair business practice.
Bad customer experience even when the parking garage meter is faulty.
Parked overnight. Paid at kiosk
Took the ticket and tried to exit
Couldn’t get out
Message read “ vehicle with this ticket already exitted”
Called for assistance, No response.
moved to another gate. Got someone to assist. After 20 minutes I was told to pay for “lost ticket.”
Paid and left
Then noticed that the ticket I received from the Kiosk was not mine. I am not sure how that person would have got out

The parking entrance allowed me into the parking garage without a ticket. The ticket machine malfunctioned. As there were no clerks were around; everything automated. I ended up having to pay a whole day’s fee.
I wish I wasn’t lured into the garage and trapped into paying for longer time than I used the garage.
I know better now.

Asked for help from the lady in the booth she gave me a PIN number and a link for me to get out.I know on Sunday's is free parking and I was upset that I got several text messages telling me if I did not pay I would get a ticket violation. I also mentioned that to the lady in the booth and she said she is aware the sundays are free.Not happy at all

It took between 15-20 minutes to resolve a $2.00 parking fee, which cost me over $3.00

At the gate, it said "no fanfold tickets) or something similar. Gave us nothing. With cars piling up behind we called and they eventually let us in, taking our name an phone. Trying to get out 2 hours later, called, they knew nothing, wanted to charge as a lost ticket. Finally agreed to let us out with a two hour charge, which we paid--though it was a Sunday, should have been free. With no ticket we couldn't stamp it at the theater. Please provide a refund.
