It was much easier than parking in curb and not difficult to pay for parking. You guys get 5 stars from me!

I used the QR code to pay, received confirmation before I left the parking lot, so that part was fine. When I returned a couple of hours later to leave, my vehicle had been towed. Wow, horrible, for me, my husband, and our exhausted children.

Easy to use. This was our 1st time using the system & we had no problems. Gives reminders so you don't go over the time you paid.

Easy to make payment. A cheaper rate would be nice.

There was a discrepancy between the price at the location verse when I paid online. The price posted at the parking spot stated park all day for $16; however, the online had you select how many hours you would parked at the location. The option to add an additional hour would have cost another $16 dollars. It should have displayed a flat fee.

Easy to pay for my parking spot, received a reminder message that my time was nearly up, and could extend the time if needed.

Too difficult to download the app. App went straight to a website that charged money. I thought I was paying for parking, but instead paid for a stupid subscription. I’m usually very aware of these things, but I had to deny the charge. Extremely deceptive.

Using the parking was very easy

Parking was outstanding. We park in the North Lot and was literally in our car 5 minutes after getting off the ship. I had originally reserved for my 3/4 dodge truck, but we ended up taking my wife's Yukon in case it rained. Not an issue at all. Attendants were polite and helpful as well!

Too many issues...I just want to pay with as few questions as possible.

Was prompt and friendly. Our vehicle was in good condition when we returned. Will use again.

It was a little complicated for first time users - we were just wanting to walk around for a few hours and we paid around $20. Not friendly for vacationers. I did like the nice open lot and the receipt was texted and that was convenient. I suppose if you use this s lot it’s a good way to go but it was not easy to stand in a parking lot for a while to figure this out while holding my handbag and credit card etc.

Was easy to pay and convenient
The only problem was the larger trunks who parked there made it hard to even get the car passed them.

Pop on the app and it locates you, tells you which zone you are in or close to. If your car/cars info is saved, they pop up. Select them, select how long you want parking for and pay. If you need to extend your time, no problem. It will let you know when your time is low and you can extend in app.

The machine was broke so I had to download the app which is annoying and takes too much time. Also, It's just too expensive for a short stay. I should have just been more patient and found a place on the road.

Paid $16 for 37 minutes, disappointing

Easy instructions. No issues. Transaction felt safe and we were in and out. Area was clean.
