I don't have a barcode reader on my phone. So I was not sure if my car would be towed so I paid again so I paid twice to park once.

Unable to park in reserved lot that we paid for. Then when we went to park in a lot of equal value still received a ticket. Attempted to contact support to correct but unable to get a response. Would not recommend.

Prepaid for parking and when i arrived the lot i paid to park in was full. There were no available spots. I had to make arrangements to park elsewhere. This wasn't a pleasant experience. Could not find anyone from the company to help with the issue as well.

I feel like parking should not cost more than $3.00 parking is necessary but trucking is a job it’s not like we vacation. Companies are taking advantage of us

The site was easy to use in order to find parking close to our intended venue.

First time using Parking.com but will use again. Only problem I have is wasn’t sure if I had a designated space or just park any available space. Other than that was very satisfied.

This company is a rip off. We paid our parking fee, got a text and email showing us that our parking was paid for. When we got back to the car, an attendant put a $75 ticket on our car. We were trying to show her that we paid and she refused to look at it. She said our car was not in the system and we had to dispute on line. When we looked up the dispute, it was clear that the attendant read our license plate wrong because the picture she took matched the license plate on the parking receipt. So now we had to submit a dispute and are waiting for resolution.

I got a ticket, it has been resolved but was unnerving and frustrating. I don't know if I needed to do more than pay online if so we need to be informed. I see this has happened to others(check reddit). I don't see me going to those venues again due to the parking situation. Of you think of a way to prevent this please make it known. attendants are helpful

When we returned there was a charge of $70
Failure to pay
Been impossible getting this reversed.

Would not recommend using this service

You guys are Nazi’s that are ridiculously charging people to park their car! Savages that are making bank off people just to park.

Great parking lot, right next to the Comedy Zone. Clean, well lit, easy to locate. I definitely would use it again.

Very convenient

I mistyped my license plate number and received a parking violation. I used the dispute instructions to dispute the violation on 4/13 and again on 4/23. To date, I have not received any updates. I included the receipt for my payment of $21.99 and also the screenshot of my first dispute confirmation email.

Prices WAY TO HIGH!!! If you want to improve the experience lower the price. $21.99 for 2 1/2 hours really should be illegal. Price gouging is what it is.

How do a company issue a violation ticket for my vehicle that's parked in the space that I paid for and time has not expired? There appears to be no verification before issuing a ticket! Please review your policing policies and stop extortion.

We were given a ticket even though we followed instructions and the amount of 21.95 was deducted from my account .
