Difficult to map on Google maps. QR code map link sends you to an entirely different location on the other side of the river. Entrance on LOWER N Water St is 1 level BELOW main hotel entrance.

Wrong address does not specify the addresses correctly

Terrible garage management, now that they've changed ownership.

Very convenient and easy to get destination

Prepaid for parking pass gate would not read the pass had to pull a ticket. So now i paid 2 times for parking. Sent an email 2 weeks ago still no reply. 2 entrance gates only one works for prepaid parking.

Parking was easy to find , no issues, easy in and easy out, visiting chicago from texas highly recommend

Neither iMaps nor Google Maps lead me to the garage entrance; had to circle the block 3 times and ask for directions twice before finding it!
But once in, it was convenient.
Remember to take a picture of the QR code beforehand; internet coverage at the entryway is dodgy.

The link that was given for the directions to the car park was not correct. Could not locate the car park after several tries. Ended up paying for another car park

The facility is easy to find and close to Navy Pier. Very convenient. We will definitely be using this parking garage again.

We used Parking.com while in Chicago. The in-app directions to our parking space did not take us to the correct spot. We tried Google maps with the listed address as well. We kept being directed to a parking garage at a hotel. If the parking spot was supposed to be along a street, there was no indication of that in the app. We tried scanning the QR code at the parking garage at the hotel but it kept saying it was invalid. After two attempts to find the correct spot we ended up at the parking garage at the hotel. Driving around aimlessly trying to find the correct spot was unthinkable in Chicago and we did not jave time to. We had already paid $28 in the app to park and then ended up also being charged $68 to park in the hotel garage. You need better directions or address to these parking spaces and photos of the location to make it easier for visitors to an area to find the correct spot.

Easy in and out parking.

My QR code never worked, it kept showing invalid voucher on the screen. I came out of pocket and was never actually able to park. Others had the exact same issue at the Ogden Plaza location

No confirmation email and had to contact parking.com for a payment confirmation before I could pull in the parking lot. When I left the QR code only covered $76 of the parking and I made two payment in which I couldn’t access the other portion I paid your company. Then I had to pay to get out of lot because I had a line of people behind me with no way pay the additional fee not covered by the incorrect QR code value

Parking App is easy to use and great customer service from Amira Valdez in the office.

Never able to locate the parking garage based on address provided. Waste of money trying to pre pay.

So easy to use, great price for parking! I found parking right next to where I was going on maps, and when I clicked on the parking I was able to book a spot for less than half the price of just entering the garage on the spot. Perfect!!!
