You charge too much.

Had two people park using this app, they got charged all night, called and emailed every line with no help, went through the parking structure to try and get the clock to stop running, honestly this app ruined the whole night.

It was easy, just got in, dined and got out. Payment through qr reader and done. You get tracked easily on your time of arrival and your exit.

Even though I should have been able to validate my parking ticket, the parking lot owner is not working with the businesses in the building to allow that to happen.

The bar shouldn’t raise if you haven’t scanned. It’s easy to not scan due to the bar just letting you into the garage. There’s no prices listed anywhere so they could essentially charge you whatever they want. And you have to put your card information in without knowing how much they are gonna charge you. Absolutely terrible.

Gate opened immediately, should have required a ticket of some sort with instructions. Had to have someone help just about everyone who attended a function at the facility.

Total entrapment, leave all up upon arrival, then if you don’t have a smart phone or don’t read the small sign posted on the dark interior of structure, YOUR SCREWED!! oh, almost forgot, there is also APD signs saying doing be a victim, when in reality everyone who makes the same mistake as my poor lil elderly mother who can’t see to start with as it is, are the true victims! What a tool rip off/legal scam!!🤐

I’m getting over charged every time I go sing karaoke . 100$ and I get bills in the mail for not paying g when I get charged every time I leave ?

$10.69 for a couple of hours is too high Parking at a meter on the same street is $2 for the same time i will not park in there again

No reason to charge a fee. The total cost of parking should be built into the rate, no respect for anyone who tacks on sneaky fees at the end

If I could give them a rating of zero, I would. They have a scam going on that to date, has cost me over $200 to keep their collection agency off my back. This even when I had paid to park!!

The process was very easy and convenient. It was by standard the parking fee was extreme. Also when we returned to the apartment via the parking garage at 12:30 am, the garage was full. We also experienced two cars racing through an spinning there tires. That didn't make us feel safe while walking to the building. We will continue to use the garage as it is the most convenient option.

You guys have signs that say $1 for every half hour. I was charged over $10 when I was NOT there for 5 hours. I just think you guys should be charging accurately.

Easy enough to set up and get working. The garage was just a little sketchy.

I thought I had paid the $10 in the app. I get a week later a bill for $63. What is this a double dip? Or bait & switch you play here so not going back to Canvas Artistry!!!

There wasn't anything posted about cost per hour to park, there was no "parking validation code" from the restaurant for me to enter, and there was a delay when I was leaving the garage which left me unsure if my payment with through, or if I was still being charged to park.

1. The camera didn't scan my license plate. I tried to set up an account for over 20 minutes and continually received a message: no session found.......
2. Although the lot isn't directly to blame, there was a full size, crew cab, long bed truck parked in a compact parking only slot. It created a huge jam as there was barely enough room for one vehicle to get through, much less cars able to pass in opposite directions. I understand automation saves on expenses, but not even a phone number to call for help.
