I was charged 5 times and am requesting a refund. I paid for 1 full day and was charged 24.20 4 times and 1 of 33.00 charge for a total of 129.00. This is insane. I requested a refund and they gave me a disconnected phone number. Very disappointing and no assistance is given. I will be reporting this to the BBB for sure and will call the city of SA.

Rates were not posted. I had to extend my time and had to pay double. Had I realized the amount for 3 hours was the same as 6 hours I could have only paid once. It’s a scam

expensive ass parking and they still charged me 83 damn bucks afterwards don’t park here 😭

Thr price of $24 is way too much

My truck actually didn’t get stolen this time like it did at the end of this past February

I liked how it was out in the open and a lot of walking traffic. I wish the lot could’ve had more lighting but it was okay. It was dark when we were leaving so I felt safer parking there. It was close to the places we were going to.

kiosk in lot is broken; signage unclear, had to cross street for payment instructions, website also unclear as to meaning of 'open lot'

Paid for two hours of parking and was 40 minutes late to leave and then recieved a bill in the mail for $82. $82 for am extra 40 minutes!!??? It was $20 for two hours but somehow now it's $82 for another 40 minutes????

Very convenient location but hard to find via Goggle maps. Cheapest price found during Fiesta.

Kiosk was difficult to navigate resulting in a double charge for the same vehicle in the same lot at the same time. No refunds of course.
You would think that the software would be "smart" enough to pick that up. Almost $40 for a couple hours in San Antonio is a bit much.

Getting onto the app/webpage was easy, as was paying for parking with Apple pay. It took less than 2-3 minutes from start to finish, and I was even sent a courtesy reminder as the time on my digital meter was running out.

The instructions for use were very vague and hard to understand. Also no instructions on who or how to give notification you are existing the parking lot. There were more than 4 people having the same problem.

The app was quick and easy to download. The instructions were straight forward. I like that once you add a car’s license plate that the app appears to save the information for next time.

Very expensive to park at this place, $23 for 2 hours is way too much to pay. We had reservations to attend the Fireman’s museum. We were there for only 1-1:30 hours. I parked downtown the other day and only paid $10 for 10-12 hours to attend a concert, now that’s reasonable.

Initial parking cost is too high compared to a nearby parking which charges 5 dollars compared to 20 dollars charged by this lot. Parking space is also congested. Definitely not worth the money.

First of all, the cost for parking in these public, unsecured lots is ridiculous. Second, the option to extend is highway robbery! We chanced it, got to our car 30 minutes after our time expired, and didn't get towed.

I always use this parking area because it’s close to all the places I go to.
