Paid for the parking but didn't get to park there. Had to go to another parking lot and pay for it, too.

It was easy to find The parking lot
It was easy to find The parking lot. It was in a relatively safe spot. I was a little confused as to whether or not I was getting charged twice. The first time it went through the time that I chose did not stick in it reverted to two hours when it needed to four. So I went back and tried to sign in and secure more time, but I noticed that the price would not have been any different. I’m not sure if I got charged twice or not. It appeared to not be going through the second time so maybe it stopped. That would be good.

This was very easy and convenient to use. They also give you a heads up for when your time is about to expire and they provide you the option to purchase additional time. I wish more services were this smart.

Parking lot wasn’t open
Parking lot wasn’t open. Had to illegally park in front of the parking lot because it wasn’t open. Very dissatisfied.

It was fine
It was fine. I had to go back to see what my license plate was. Had to have husband hold glasses and purse while I looked for credit card - don't remember being able to use I-Pay. Car got parked in a convenient spot!

Total BS
Many, many cars were let into the garage even though it was full, we all circled around and after not finding a spot, waited in a long line only to be charged $4 anyway. This needs to be refunded to all people involved.
