Their machine ate my validated ticket, twice. I was instructed by the person at the other end of the intercom that I had to pay full parking price of $20.00. The first time it happened I let it go, the second time I was mad. I called the customer service number on their website and the guy basically said "too bad" and they wouldn't refund me ANY of the money, not even half. I feel like this is a "thing" they do to collect more money than they are entitled to collect. Beware!

It was easy to use.
It was easy to setup and pay. I was surprised. Did have any wifi but was able to pay. Having Apple Pay worked and save me time.

Easy process
It was easy to go online and pay for parking. I wish the parking spaces had clear numbers so I could be sure my spot was being paid for.

It’s usually pretty good but my last use in SLC, I entered the rental car tag and then went to pay and somehow it went on to my person car tag. So now the session has started in a car in a different state and no way to edit that session to change it to my rental so I had to do it again paying twice. 😫

I need to put more time on my car
I need to put more time on my car, but I couldn’t do it without going back to the lot. I also downloaded the app and tried to do it that way, the whole process was difficult and inconvenient.

If there was a zero star I would give that. They gave me a parking ticket even though I paid to park.

Reliable SLC parking
The lot was very close to the restaurant we wanted to visit, the hourly rate was fair for being in a city and the app directions were straightforward. Although I was not asked to enter my parking space number you might want to repaint the numbers so they are more visible. I also appreciated the alert that my time was nearing an end.

Worst parking experience ever. Took us 10 minutes to just pay for parking.

City meters are superior
Trying to pay for multiple cars was not clear. I ended up paying for one car twice. It’s clunky. City meter parking is far superior.
