The parking was very tight but the attendant did a nice job helping us park. We were disappointed when we left the lot. We had paid on-line and the attendant didn't know how to access that payment.... Toon meer

Helpful attendant and especially a Tesla charger available that we were not aware of before we made the reservation. Worked out great!

I liked that the price was reasonable…
I liked that the price was reasonable and the lot location was close to the museum. I didn’t like that the only way to get back to our car had us walking down ramps that the cars could zip around and hit us. All elevators were closed and while we could use the stairs to get out, we couldn’t use them to get back down to our car.

The parking lot is good and easy to…
The parking lot is good and easy to find. It has EV charging stations too but there are only 3 stations and it's difficult to find it free. I hope they make more Ev charging stations.

Easy but parking attendants don't communicate with each other.
This parking deck is very easy to access from I395 and is just blocks away from the mall, Washington Monument, and Bureau of Engraving and Printing. It was mostly empty on the Friday we went.
Only 3 stars bc when we arrived, there was a attendant at the gate entry into the deck. She looked at the QR code and receipt that I had them opened the gate. HOWEVER, when we left hours later, the gate attendant admonished us for not having a ticket and was confused by the paperwork. He asked several times where my ticket was and didn't believe me that I didn't have one. They need to get their act together......wasn't my fault and definitely don't try to make me feel like an idiot.
