If I could give this garage a zero I would. Don’t park here. Booked a prepaid Spot Hero for a Radio City Show. My confirmation showed a 6pm or after drop off and a BEFORE 6 am pickup the next day. The attendant said the upc code on the reso was not working. So he input it manually…here is where the scam begins. He never used any Spot Hero information and only asked me when we were planning on picking up the car. Which I said 10:30 pm (lots park cars based on your pick up time for ease of getting them out of the lot). We arrived to pickup the car at 10:45…and were charged a ridiculous late fee by the same attendant that checked us in. I tried again to show him the spot hero booking and he refused to look at it and said it didn’t matter. We continued to argue that our reso was prepaid and demanded our car. They refused to release it until we paid their ransom. We are disputing this charge. Multiple people had issues behind us and it took over an hour to get our car. Stay away ruined a lovely evening.

Declined Parking- WITH RESERVATION
I arrived with my reservation information and was denied entry....stating that the garage was full and that I could call....the wait time for the call was over 60 minutes. I had to pay $200 to park for 2 days rather the quoted $75 total for two days.

I had a very important dinner and got there late because when I arrived at the parking lot the lady told me it was full to call the company to reschedule for another parking even having a reservation.
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived to my reserved parking to be told the lot was full and there was nothing they could do. No parking, no receipt documenting the situation and no refunds. They kindly pointed me to another lot to go and pay full price.

Absolutely would NEVER park here again. Went to a show and when we went to get car there were over 50 people waiting. Took close to an hour to get car. 2 guys working knowing an event was being held and literally took their sweet time. Awful.

This place should not be operating
This place should not be operating. We parked our car here on 8/13 through spothero.When it came time to pick up car, we waited for hours only to find out our car is stuck in the elevator. There was no communication to us, we had to keep asking what's going on. We had to Uber home and leave our car behind. The next morning when we came to pick up the car, the staff were extremely rude would not give us the car keys back even though we had a receipt. We even had the managers call them to give us the keys but they would not take her call. The staff even threatened us that we had to call the cops. Such a ridiculous experience with the most incompetent rude people ever. They managed to turn something as simple as parking your car into such a nightmare experience. This parking garage is not worth the trouble. Based on my experience and other reviews, seems like this elevator breaks down often and poor customer service and bad attitude is the norm.

On July 1, I purchased a one-day parking ticket at 140-160 W 53rd St from Parking.com. The parking time was from 7:00 pm on July 1 to 6:30 pm on July 2, with a total price of $42, and the order number was #909446978. I went to 140-160 53rd St to scan the code for parking at around 9 pm on July 1. After arriving at the hotel, I purchased two days of parking on the Parking.com website from 6:30 pm on July 2 to 6:30 pm on July 4, with a total price of $84, and the order number was: 909468316. At around 6 pm on July 4, I went to the parking lot to pick up the car. After scanning the QR code of my second order, the staff said at checkout that I still needed to pay $85, and the total price was $211. I had already purchased 3 days of parking online, so why did I need to pay an additional $85? The staff said that the online pricing had changed and they needed to ask you to refund the $85. I hope you can confirm for me what the problem is. I can provide any receipts you require.
