Terrible parking app and rude staff
Paid in advance parking for this facility. When I paid for the parking online, it did not show me an option to choose a location of the garage. Since I scanned the QR code posted outside the garage, I assumed it would put my car at the correct garage location. Upon exiting the garage, the parking attendant harassed me to pay again saying I paid for the wrong garage location. Even after showing my receipt with date/time and telling him that I paid the parking company, scanned the QR code, and it didn’t show a location when I paid, he still harassed me to pay again saying I paid for the wrong location and it was my fault. After refusing the pay, he called someone and eventually let me out. I will never park with this company again.

license plate reader failed to work on my car and the car ahead of me. It took fifteen minutes to get out of the garage.
There was no cell reception in garage to initiate parking. Couldn't find QR code at ground level near elevator so had to walk back to garage entrance and dodge cars coming into garage to sign up and initiate parking.
I paid for parking and still couldn't get out
I paid $25 for 2.5 hours of Parking. When I went to go out, the QR code went to a different site and asked me to pay only $15.99. The parking attendant saw my emailed receipt but couldn't open the gate. His superior fussed with an iPad. My license plate matched but they couldn't find my phone. After almost 20 minutes they gave up and let me out. Terrible platform integration and a late night irritant. Never doing that again.

Rage inducing
Could not imagine a more frustrating service. Everything from not being able to pick up my parking pass outside of business hours (great for full-time workers) to my car being parked in (for only $275 per month) to my entry pass not even working for entry outside of business hours to no help being available outside of business hours or on the weekend (when most people can park their cars...) has driven me up the wall to the point that I am purposely finding a non parking.com garage over a mile from my apartment just to avoid whatever operation this is.

Contemptuous
Website let me book parking in a closed lot. Contact form wouldn't submit when I tried to reach out for a refund. Customer support page said they don't offer refunds.
I literally never entered the lot, and they charged me $25 for it.

Unacceptable and would not recommend
I had a very poor experience with Parking.com and their employees during my recent visit. The two employees who came out to assist me in releasing my car from the garage were unprofessional, made me feel uncomfortable, and exhibited sketchy behavior.
The behavior of the employee who came out of his vehicle was particularly concerning. He displayed impatience and a lack of empathy towards me and my brother during our interaction. Additionally, the garage pay-kiosk was malfunctioning, which made the situation even more frustrating. Despite this, the employee did not show any concern or offer any solutions to help us out.
Moreover, the employee's behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. He was accompanied by another male cohort, which only added to my discomfort. If my brother wasn't with me, I would have been incredibly fearful.
To add insult to injury, I was charged $50 for their services, which I find steep considering the poor level of customer service I received.
Overall, my recent experience with Parking.com was unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
