Don't trust the GPS spot their app enters into your app
The GPS location their app guided me to was an alleyway, not the parking garage I booked. So I ended up having to find other parking. But since my reservation time had begun, I couldn't cancel my reservation. Basically wasted $10.

The app is not good
The app is not good. You can’t extent time, cancel, or change reservations. I tried to call customer service one time for a refund and no one ever answered, I tried several times. Also, there have been instances where my pass doesn’t open the gate. The Orrington garage is small, dark, dingy, rusty, and leaky. It’s terrible. It’s a combination between the crappy app and the awful garage.

We experienced difficulty in leaving…
We experienced difficulty in leaving the garage and felt the instructions provided for entry/exit were not clearly stated. Calls placed to both the numbers posted and listed on the website went unanswered for over 20 minutes, and then were terminated by the number calling

Access Code Didn’t Work
The information was accurate and we received our QR code for garage access right away however, when we tried to use it at the parking garage, we got a message that it was “invalid.” I tried calling the number for help on the email but no one would answer. After several minutes, we gave up and had to pull a ticket and pay again. I wouldn’t have confidence in parking.com to book with them in advance again.
