Took some of the stress out of attending an event downtown, by reserving the parking ahead of time!!

Safe good parking but the app didn’t work to let us in and out of the garage.

Easy reservation. Good directions. Close to TMobile center.

Need more time before the event began.

It was very easy to schedule parking through the online site and the attendants at the parking facility were helpful when I arrived at the parking garage. It was all very seamless.

Made our evening out hassle free knowing we had guaranteed parking on a very busy evening in downtown KC. Scanned code on way in then all we had to do was scan our ticket on way out!!!

Scanner at entry did not read paper printout or phone QR code.

great location for T-Mobile arena. Was not told at purchase that we couldn't use the pre-paid parking pass until 5PM. Show at 7:00 - wanted to do dinner and a drink before the show. Got to garage about 4:30 and could not use the pre-paid certificate. I had to park in the garage for a little over 30 minutes and then go back and leave the garage. Pay for the thirty minutes or so and re-enter the garage after 5:00 to use the certificate. Would have preferred to know this upfront. had to read the certificate after it was denied to discover why it wasn't working

I had a hard time finding the parking garage, as so much has changed downtown and it's been awhile since I've been there. It was super busy since they had part of the street blocked off for some event with carnival rides AND Korn was performing at T-Mobile Center (where we going).

All of that to say the staff was nice. It's catty cornered to the T-Mobile Center (AWESOME!), and it was so easy to purchase my parking ticket online and scan it from my phone upon entering!!! Will definitely use Town Pavilion again!

For the price, it was not worth it. The spots that were left were all others who parked HORRIBLY and our regular sized car couldn’t get into a spot without the door dinging theirs. The parking agent wasn’t helpful and just shrugged. Maybe need to help people park better.

It was easier to find nearby parking to our event here than it was at the venue's own website. The venue's site had links to nearby parking facilities, but they were broken. So I Googled parking close to the place and the first result was Parking.com who conveniently had a page for that specific event. The garage I picked was so close I could see the venue's front door from the garage entrance. Couldn't have been easier.

Bought for three days couldn’t use QR for second day had to pay there

Had a hard time scanning the bar code, but staff was pleasant and got it to work. Leaving staff was very nice, and easy to get out an on the interstate.

The parking was great and so close to the event we were attending. Super easy to get to. Will for sure use it again.

Close to the venue and like that there are attendants on duty.

I prepaid drove right up to the gate and scanned my phone and was parked in 5 minutes.

Underground parking super close to TMobile Center! Very convenient, clean and safe

Charged us while leaving the garage $15, when we paid $26 online in advance.

Easily findable and manageable car park definitely recommend!
