It was a problem with cars coming in and going out at the same time.

The attendant through the intercom was very polite, I wish everybody was like she.That's why I give 5 starts

The parking lot was spacious and had a lot of availability. The staff was friendly and the customers were too.

We were only able to purchase a pass until Warner Theater closing (10 pm). While we were out of the theater, in our car, and waiting in line, when we went to scan out we told we had to pay $15 because us was 10:04 pm. I imagine anyone behind us was equally angry. I would have paid for a pass for 10:30 pm but I’m guessing the fact that 10 pm is locked in the system as closing must make it impossible.

whenever i use the bar code to check into the building, I cannot still use the bar code to exit after I had paid.

The parking lot was not full. Clean and well lit. The automated check in and out was user friendly.

I paid $22 on 6/3/22 for parking at the Warner Bldg on 6/4/22. When I arrived at the garage, the QR code would not scan and I had to take a ticket. When I was leaving, I scanned the ticket and then the QR code per the instructions and it wouldn’t accept the QR code, so I paid an additional $14 to exit the garage for a total of $36 for a total of less than 6 hours on a Saturday.

Easy to follow and exactly what I needed

Great Experience UNTIL!!! The online etc. elements were great until I needed to cancel my parking since my meeting downtown the next day got canceled. Website said I had to cancel using that phone number before my parking started the next day. Stayed on hold on the phone for almost 40 minutes waiting for a customer service person to come online and then the line said the call was at an end and hung up. Will just pay at the garage next time.

I tried to cancel and was told no reservation recorded.

The parking garage was good. However, the ticket machine would not accept my prepaid scanned receipt. So, I had to use my credit card and was charged twice the amount.

They were very helpful assisting in canceling my reservation after arriving at the airport only to find my flight had been cancelled.

Want to give zero stars! Prepaid for parking and the garage was not open. Several other customers were at the garage with the same problem. Upon multiple attempts, calling customer service only went to voicemail. Still have not received a return call or refund after several days. What a scam. Will not be using this service again.

I downloaded the app, as did 2 others as we were looking to park near the National mall. We all paid the fee and when we got there the parking ramp was closed. We ended up going to a nearby federal building and just did it that way. So, only tried it once, wasn’t successful. Not sure how the communication works between the app and the parking locations.

The garage was closed when we arrived and there was no way to get in. We called the number posted outside the garage and the person who answered said someone would call us back - no one did. If we do not receive a full refund we will be disputing the charge on our credit card.

Excellent means to select a convenient and inexpensive garage in Washington DC just a block up from the National Mall. The Warner Building Garage was also just as good as many previous reviews mentioned. For $14 for six hours parking in this prime location it was bargain enabled thanks to the Parking.com app. Well done!!
