the way to park without an attendant is a nightmare for older people like myself..the young can do wonders with their cell phones..we are still wondering what it is...no help for those who are elderly, those with disabilities and those with no cell phones ..its all about making money

Everything was going fine till the last…
Everything was going fine till the last 2 days we used the lot. Got a parking ticket both days when I paid for the whole week when I first parked there. My brother ended up with 3 tickets. They were all taken care of but we shouldn’t have to deal with this on vacation. They need a better system so people don’t get tickets. It isn’t that hard of a process, well maybe for them it is.

Takes too much time
Takes too much time. Hard to see the screen on the phone in bright sunlight. Need covered space to see. Also if raining no protection. Took 15 minutes

Don't trust them to bill you right.
I paid $15 for parking and then I had to extend by just an hour and they charged me a whole $15 more, even though that conflicted with the posted pricing for the lot. The website didn't even really make it easier to keep track of than if there was just a machine at the lot. I will never park at that lot again. I don't need to get in touch with customer support or anything. I just would rather never do business with them again and warn others not to.
