I really appreciated Park Place's simplicity and integrity. In an industry with so many complex billing structures and fees, it was nice to have a company who made it simple, helped us understand, and even told us when it didn't make sense to use their services. I'd recommend Park Place to anyone. They want to do business right.

We've been with Park Place about a year now. The transition was very easy. All the staff were very helpful and anytime we need to contact someone it is a positive experience. We are extremely satisfied and it's always a bonus when we see savings. I highly recommend Park Place!

Our staff really enjoys the personal experience we've receive with this company. Both clients and staff love the wireless terminals. We can cash clients out anywhere in the building and even in the parking lot!

If you're in business you know that everything doesn't always go perfectly and glitches do happen, especially at the start of a new business relationship. When I needed support Lisa and her support staff were right there to take care of it. No excuses. Just making it right. I've been with Park Place for 5 months now and everything is going great. I am very happy with my decision to switch to Park Place Payments.

Great customer service, transparent fees, personable and professional, and you can always reach somebody as there are various persons working For you. So issues are quickly resolved, while at the same time security is always maintained.

My experience with Park Place Payments has been incredible from the very start. I have owned a small business for almost 10 years and have worked with various processing companies, but have not been pleased. This is not the case at all with Park Place Payments. The customer service is top notch, they are able to SAVE me money and get funds processed by next biz day. It is an absolute pleasure to work with this company.
