Service was carried out as arranged and apart from a couple of minor things not worth the mention all was well. My gripe is that prior to the service date I called into Pride Park and requested a price for someone to retrieve my blue badge from a void under the driver's seat where it had wedged, I thought while it was in for a service would be a good opportunity to get it sorted. The lad on service reception started off by telling me it would be easier to request a replacement, this without him even obtaining the full facts. When asked if he would get a price he asked one of his colleagues how long it would take knowing that the driver's seat would need removing, the technician said an hours labour, the lad then punched a couple of letters on his hand held and quoted me £260, really, I don't like being ripped off, if your company don't want such trivial jobs bearing in mind the car would already be in the workshop then tell the customer don't try ripping customers off, I've requested a replacement but of course am still awaiting it as it takes twelve weeks.

It was easy to book the service and then follow progress online. Feedback from the service was delivered electronically for me to approve changes or decline them. Automatic payment with symphony and easy. The service was carried out to high standards with defects identified by way of a traffic light system which made it easy to decide which defects needed to be addressed in which could be left. I would use parkway again.

Always excellent customer service by staff

Just a superb experience from start to finish. Marcus Hunt was my point of contact throughout the process, and within a few hours I had purchased the perfect car for me. It never felt like I was “being sold to”. It was a completely different experience to what I’ve had elsewhere - Marcus was on our side, on my team, totally focused on getting the perfect value vehicle for me.

Good, professional, informed experience

I’ve been looking for a T-ROC for a while now and finally found one. Great service from all the staff at Riverside in Northampton.

The car went in for a software update, an indicator stalk that doesn't light up and an intermittent rear light fault. They also cleaned the car. The software update took two days and I was told that the indicator stalk and rear light had been resolved with the update. The indicator STILL doesn't light up and I am waiting for the rear light to fault again as I am assuming that neither of the issues were looked at in the first place. Who ever worked on the car clearly did so after the car had been cleaned and the car was covered in oily dirty hand prints on the drivers door, bonnet and drivers door window when I collected the car. The car is now booked in at Northampton to see if they can do better than Kettering

Fab service - highly recommended!

Excellent service as always, visited 3 times and every time they give customer service better than any other dealer. I travel nearly 20 miles to this dealership even though there is a local dealer 1 mile from my address.

This kind of service is very rare these days and they should be proud of the way they operate, 5 stars from me.

This was our first experience with Parkway VW and we were really pleased with the service we received. Staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgable and we felt confident that our van was in good hands.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Volkswagen and this Volkswagen Multivan. I bought the vehicle about a year ago, and after a short time multiple problems and error warnings started appearing. I have already taken it in for diagnostics 3 times, yet the same issues keep coming back.
On top of that, the vehicle has become very noisy because of these faults, and at this point I can’t comfortably use it with my family anymore. It’s very frustrating to invest in a new vehicle and deal with so many issues in such a short period of time. I honestly expected much better reliability and customer service.
From the moment the first issue appeared, I informed the dealership on numerous occasions. The vehicle has already been inspected 3 times, and each time I was told that nothing was wrong. However, I have photo and video evidence showing the dashboard constantly displaying warnings and making alert sounds, the vehicle braking unexpectedly for no reason, and many other serious faults.
I have 3 children, including a baby, and I no longer feel this vehicle is safe for my family. Despite repeatedly reporting these dangerous issues, I continue to be refused any meaningful help or solution. At the same time, I am paying an enormous monthly amount for a vehicle that I cannot safely use.
The dealership refuses to offer me any reasonable option or support, which is unacceptable considering this is supposed to be a family vehicle. I feel completely ignored as a customer, despite the ongoing safety concerns and the evidence I have provided.

Towbar fitted and coding completed as required. Customer service levels good.

Efficient, honest about the repair and got the MOT and diagnostic done.

More than happy with the service and communication. Will definitely use again.

Customer service not to the standard, i requested my car to be cleaned inside and outside and only outside was washed, even that was washed as a quick one, not what was expected from a brand like VW. Sorry but not good enough.
