Love it, yes it takes awhile get to you but once i got man my friends were shock how much brighter it was and sound quality was amazing too

Awesome saber
Saber is great. Shipped under 2 weeks and arrived in good condition. Their customer service never got backed to me about my questions however, nor did they notify me the saber had shipped. That's my only issue. Besides that highly recommend them for the price of their sabers and speed of shipping they offer. :)

Cool saber, one of the lights went out pretty quick so some of the colors are a little off but all the other features are cool

Good saber at a more reasonable price
Received my order today (May the 4th be with you) and very happy with the quality of the product I ordered the farmboy. Customer service is impeccable I had a few issues such as accidentally forgetting to add a blade plug to my order so they kindly gave me free shipping on the plug! I also made the mistake of not looking which sabers came with hardcases (highly recommend you research this if you also want a hard case as the farm boy does not come with one) and the team helped me purchase a case separately which was great. Thanks a lot parsec wouldn’t order from anywhere else

Excellent customer service
I got in touch originally asking about how to get the Type C connector, they said it was all dependant on stock but due to my request they managed to obtain a type C version for me, I ordered the saber on the 31st of March, received on the 11th of April which is much faster than they're website and other lightsaber vendors suggest.
Had some minor teething troubles due to the new Xeno v3 core, the support team was very helpful and even said they'd be forwarding the bug I encountered and how I replicated it to the development team.
TL;DR excellent customer service, cheaper than other vendors and faster than expected shipping due to the nature of the device
10/10 will be buying from here again
