Realice una compra de mas de 200 euros y mas de un mes despues no se nada de mi pedido. La empresa se puso en contacto conmigo para decirme que no tenian stock del producto que solicite y aun a pesar de ofrecerles una solucion mas que aceptable sigo sin respuesta de la empresa. Solicitare una devolucion de dinero y buscare otra empresa.

The product works fine and is fairly good quality which is the only reason they get two stars. The customer service is awful. It took over a month to receive my package and any sort of tracking info, and the only reason it got done is get because I said if I didn’t get any updates within two days I would be filing a charge back.

My item came broken and doesn't work properly anymore.

The saber is just an all over great product at a great price

The product arrived exactly as advertised and within the time stated. Currently looking at how to build my own lightsaber using acrylic with their products.

Absolutely fantastic however, the flash on clash is weird whenever I hit it lightly it flashes but anything hard or not at least under halfway of the blade barely ever registers

Well for starters, I didn't recieve the correct item. I had ordered a xeno dual ended core, but got a single ended core. I have tried many times to reach out and see about getting a refund of the difference between the two items, or even sending the one I got back in order to get the correct one. But the communication from parsec sabers has been almost non existent.

Product came well packaged, with everything it said would be included. Overall a great product, with more customization on the app than I know what to do with. Additionally, this lightsaber had the best price among the many stores I looked through. Shipping did take a while but it was worth the wait.

The product was to the letter. Good stuff. The customer service was a bit slow but they still responded after awhile. They provided me with the wrong tracking number so I couldn't track my items but they did arrive on time.

After my initial order from Parsec Sabers, I received a confirmation but did not hear anything about fulfillment of the order until 3 weeks later (after I emailed customer service). I also had an issue with the screws falling out of the hilt of the Saber Smith lightsaber. When I asked what type of screws they are, customer service said they didn't know but would reach out to the supplier. After a month, I still haven't heard back and am currently trying out different Torx screws in the hopes of locating the right one.
