Dress is sheer, it looks nice in pics online but real life, you can see everything through it. Its also poor/low quality fabric and bad finish. I.e the hem etc. Also dont waste your money go... Toon meer

Not a bad dress, disappointed in return policy
Not a bad dress, looks fairly nice on but won’t be needed so want to return. Unfortunately the return has to be sent to CHINA. Their return policy stated the return postage is at the buyers expense, which is what it is, but as they do international shipping maybe they should put on there, the return country as the shipping is over half the price of a dress. Absolute joke. Dont use them if you’re planning on returning anything

Dress is sheer, it looks nice in pics online but real life, you can see everything through it. Its also poor/low quality fabric and bad finish. I.e the hem etc.
Also dont waste your money going direct, £40 it cost me on their website just to find it on shein for £13!!!

Low quality and no shape
The dresses are REALLY BAD. They have no shape, the measurements are not true to size and the quality of the material is really bad. I ordered two “satin” dresses and they are not of satin and they are dull with wrinkles. I look like a potato bag with this dress and I’m sure my body is not that way.

I requested to return the dress because it does not meet my expectations. However, I have not received any further response to my emails.
Instead, I was provided with a return address in China and informed that I must cover the return shipping costs. This information was not stated anywhere in your return policy at the time of purchase.

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered dress from the delivery company dropped my package at the wrong address it’s now been over 3months I’ve send several emails and no response if I order something I expect to receive it it’s the worst experience I’ve ever encountered!

I ordered two hats on January 21
I ordered two hats on January 21, 2026. I received a confirmation notice and money was taken from our account. I never received an email with tracking number or the hats as stated they could do. I have reached out to them two weeks later and they said they did not have the order, I sent them my confirmation email and order number in a separate email and they said they did not have my order. Not sure how that is possible.

The company sent me the wrong item but claims my order was delivered through delivery confirmation. Yes, I received a package, but it was THE WRONG ITEM. They will not make good on my order by sending the correct one. BUYER BEWARE.
