Great products so far
I've had their sport balance board for a year now and my family loves it! It's more of a workout than you'd think... But what's GREAT is their Harry Potter board. I bought this for my daughter's birthday and she loves it! It was pricey (about $300) but it was worth her happiness. :)

Think twice before using this company
Received a faulty go chessboard, tried trouble shooting, didn't work, contacted the support they asked me to do the same trouble shooting which I did, didn't work, asked for a video of it not working I sent it, not the support will not reply to my emails and I've had to ask my bank to step in

SCAMMERS - Particula GO CHESS
SCAMMERS, Paid for GO CHESS, XR package, May 2024, delivery was to be June.2024, now they moved it to DEC.2025, still no further closer, the will not refund my money, saying they don’t need to , they collected £4.5million pounds via two platforms to fund this, and have to completed their orders, , they are sending generic cut n paste replies saying they don’t have to refund me anything, offering just 50% back for another pledge, NO WAY, if they did that and didn’t make a thing they would have scammed almost £2.3Million pounds for nothing and they think legally they don’t have to give you money back, because it was via Indeigogo Crowd Fund/Pledge, AVOID, I am taking action to reverse credit card transaction, and want to make the other backs aware, as well as any potential investors/new backers. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS CAMPAIGNER!!!!

This is not a scam. The GoChess XR project is still in active development, with detailed monthly updates shared publicly. We’ve reached major milestones, including completing the EP4 stage and preparing for beta testing, the final step before mass production.
Kickstarter and Indiegogo are crowdfunding platforms, not traditional stores. The collected funds were used for research, development, and tooling , not held as refundable deposits. As per platform policies, refunds are not possible once the campaign is funded, since those funds are invested in production.
The GoChess XR is our flagship project, building upon the technology already delivered in our GoCube, GoDice, GoChess Lite, and GoChess Mini, which have reached hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide with excellent reviews.
We completely understand the frustration caused by the extended development period, but this project remains very much alive and moving forward.

BEWARE- They are out to scam people
BEWARE; This is a SCAM company!! Particula does not back their products! I just received their Go Chess Lite product. They profess to have a 30 day no questions asked policy. However, when I received my board I was concerned because when inspecting it the board seemed rather cheap for a $350 product. So, I immediately contacted them and asked to return it.They said that if you inspect the product, you can not return it! Unbelievable! Run away as fast as you can. Share this with all of your contacts to protect them from being scammed like I was!

I have bought a samrt chess board a few eeks ago and the product shipped. But the company didn't send me the invoice so I could not take the product from custom service. How could it be difficult sending me the invoice? How a company could be so incompetent?

Bad software; don't abide by EU directives
I bought a GoCube smart cube (that connects to the phone via bluetooth) a while ago, to track my speedcubing progress. After a year and several thousands solves, the app lost all my stats. Obviously I can't trust the app anymore that it won't loose my progress going forward so I asked for a refund under EU Directive 2019/771 (that means electronics need to have at least two years of warranty) but was basically refused by support saying it was not a hardware issue.
To be fair, the hardware of the cube is alright. But since it's marketed as a "smart" device, I still strongly believe the capabilities enabled by the software are an essential part of the offering and the makers should be responsible for it as well.

Frais de douane et TVA non inclus
Je me suis fait avoir en achetant sur le site officiel où les prix sont affichés en euros, avec la sélection du pays d’achat.
Tout laisse à penser que les frais sont inclus depuis la page d’achat. Il faut aller dans les conditions générales pour se rendre compte que non.
Avec 34€ de frais de douane & TVA à payer à Fedex pour mes 3 GoCube, c’est tout de suite beaucoup moins intéressant.
