Met Shaun yesterday after seeing a mini on their website. Had a test drive and then spent a very pleasant hour with Shaun who was courteous and knowledgable. Completed all details and will be able to collect my new mini on Tuesday. Such a lovely change in this day and age to find someone who actually cares about what they are doing. Thank you so much.

I went into the showroom to browse and Maddie came and helped us navigate! She was incredibly passionate and informative about the cars they had.

This was my second brand new car from this place. Got damaged twice whilst being serviced. Second time they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I got passed from pillar to post and eventually gave up. I decided to take my money else where.

Rowan was a pleasure to talk with about the purchase of my perfect mini. I had a idea of what I wanted, Rowan explained it all clearly and throughly in detail and the different options available.He arranged a test drive at short notice which meant that I could decide as soon I was back at the showroom which mini was going to be mine. Rowan was able to tell me all about the history of the car, and was so flexible on timings given we do not live locally.
